Centrally located to see all sights, markets, near the port and all great restaurants. The family room was very nice and spacious. The rooftop terrasse offers stunning views of the city. We stayed only one night at this hotel but highly recommend it. We’ll be back!

Just came back from a 16-day trip to Sicily and we loved every bit of it! Palermo was the last stop of our trip and we spent 4 nights at the Quattro Canti B&B. Location is excellent, just right opposite the Fontana Pretoria (fountain of shame) and few steps away from the beautiful Quattro Canti junction. Teatro Massimo is a convenient 10mins walk away and the airport bus is round the corner in front of Rinascente. We felt very safe in this area and there are many restaurant options within 5 mins walk.

We had a room on the second floor facing the next building hence not much of a view. Room is okay overall and bed is firm and comfy. The restaurant on the top floor has a good view. Special thanks to Bernadetta at the front desk who was extremely helpful with all our needs.

Best location if you want to be in the brand spanking center of Historical district, nightlife of Maqueda food street scene, close to Balaro market too, churches that stop your breath and a lots of all day street singing at the Quatro square. So much charm , so much life, so much of everything and life life everywhere.
Staff was incredibly kind, professional, joyful, and warm. My elderly mom stayed with them for about a month and I joined her at the end. She had the best time and they totally took care of her. They were forth coming to her needs. Guiseppe and the team are such good people and I would stay here again and my mom misses them. They made her feel welcome, safe and taken care off. All the stars to the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!!!
I loved the bedding. Soft, warm, clean … so comfortable.
Clean place.
The breakfast parlor is on top of the roof with a spectacular view and it was also very good and standard.

Our room had a beautiful view of the pretoria fountain .although you could hear music and action on the street late at night, it did not bother us. It was rather entertaining . There was always something happening and we loved being able to see the cooking pot of Palermo vibrant street life. So keep that in mind in accordance to your preference.
I would say this is an excellent value for the money and perhaps it depends on the type of room you get. Our spacious room with a view created a great experience for us.
Thank you Palermo and Quatro Canti Hotel!

This hotel is so well situated , so close to the major attractions, bars and restaurants..
The staff on reception are absolutely wonderful, so pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them, real assets to the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, spotless and have everything you need, an empty fridge, a safe, good, free wifi and absolutely no noise despite being in a busy part of town.
Breakfast is on the top floor in the most amazing rooftop area which becomes a sky bar and restaurant at night. Breakfast staff were lovely and breakfast was very good, cold juice, water, tea, coffee, tasty breads and rolls, meat, cheese, yogurts, cakes and pastries. there was also hot dishes but the cold buffet was so nice , I didn't have anything hot. There was a toaster and toasty machine.
This was an amazing hotel for the price. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our holiday for 3 nights each time. I would stay there again. I cannot speak highly enough of it.

The location is very handy for tourists and consequently one should not expect a good nights sleep. Ridiculously loud music coming from a bar outside until late at night. There is no top sheet on the bed and the comforter is much too heavy. Perhaps if the air conditioning functioned it wouldn’t be a problem.Thought it might be a nice reprieve to sit on the terrazza upstairs but no admittance unless you purchase something from the restaurant, so back to the dismal room to stare at the curtains that you do not want to open. The staff is very helpful and cordial.

This B&B hotel was much larger than I expected but was in a fantastic location for the Centro Storico. The decor was cool and modern and the rooms and bathrooms were fairly large. But the four of us who stayed there couldn't get past the strong sewage smell (we were on the 4th floor and it was strong throughout the building) and the noisy halls. Granted, there was a high school group staying there, too, so without a large group it might have been different. But we all agreed it brought back memories of our college dormitory stays. The front-desk service was very nice, and they have a few snack and drink items for sale in the lobby. The have breakfast for 7.20 euro on the top floor with an open rooftop lounge area that was lovely.

This Hotel has an official rating of 3* and that is about right for the facilities offered. We were disappointed by the room originally allocated, it was dark and the bathroom had a mouldy whiff about it (black on the bath / shower seal; also a hook over the bath for towels was loose, a general sit of lack of maintenance. Being British, we put up with it for 1 night, but the following morning when the bidet plug was inoperable (and was closed), I asked for a change of room. Things got better from that point, as the room change was accommodated for a larger and more airy, better maintained room. There is a fridge in each room but nothing for tea or coffee making. In all other respects the hotel is well run. The staff are excellent, polite and helpful. The hotel overall is very clean and kept beautifully cool - a joy to walk into when temperatures are 30+. We also booked not expecting breakfast, but every room now gets breakfast included, served on the fifth floor roof terrace. A decent selection of breakfast items, tea coffee and fresh fruit. On the other side on the same floor is an external terrace where drinks are served; the seats there are very comfortable for relaxing in. The biggest plus for this hotel is location. It is just off of Quattro Canti, the centre point of the historic old town. If you need to go further, it is a short walk to bus services (€1.40 each way to Mondello beach via the 101 and 806 bus - buy tickets in advance at a Tabaccheria shop with a big T sign outside, and validate your ticket on the first bus in each direction - 2 tickets in total). It was a great stay and we loved exploring Palermo from this base. Once again, the staff made it.

We went by foot to the hotel and asked them what to do. The told us to navigate to the Via Roma 183 and park the car, call the number of the hotel. They will send Mario to pick up the car and drive it to a private parking garage 25 meters from the hotel. You are not able and allowed to drive the car yourself. The streets are so narrow that you don’t even want to drive it.

He will park the car himself and keep the keys. If you are leaving or want to pick up the car, please mention at the reception so the will inform Mario.

Please be aware that this is organized by the hotel so it’s safe the leave your car keys with him. We had an excellent experience with the hotel and Mario.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city center. This is really great because all streets around the hotel are the best place to go.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are good. The breakfast area on the fifth floor is amazing with a panoramic view over the city and the fountain in front of the hotel.
Please be aware that you can not reach the hotel by car in the weekend. This is not possible and not mentioned.

We spent a lot of time looking for the best hotel in Palermo and are very happy to have decided to stay in this place. Breakfast (about 5€) is nice and with a great view, personell is very friendly and the location is perfect for any tourist or local! :-)

My trip was made so much better by your wonderful hotel. From the bathrooms to the available space to the windows, it was the perfect environment from which to enjoy Palermo! The location allowed for access to every part of the city with a short to 30 minute walk. Everything was accessible, the lobby had beverages and snacks that were always available at any time and someone behind the front desk was kind and helpful at every time of day and night. It was easy to get sheets or towels or whatever I needed when I needed it.

I can't help, I'm sorry because this was part of a package trip I went on. I think you'll probably have to pay the city tax (usually 1 - 3 euros/night) when you check out.

I loved the breakfast, beautiful fresh bread, cakes, pastries, hot and cold food. The blueberry and pomegranate juice from the machine is amazing! Beautiful breakfast room!

I stayed in a double room on the 6th floor and I stayed there twice and both rooms faced the back, one onto a courtyard. I found the hotel very quiet and I never had any bother with noise , in or outside the hotel. I don't think any of the rooms on the 6th floor faced the front. It really is a lovely host, very central with lovely staff. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the breakfast room is great.
