Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Staff are so friendly & the breakfast is amazing. If you visit Palermo, stay here, you won’t be disappointed. You are in the heart of the old town., ancient markets around the corner, a gem of a restaurant on the doorstep

Had a lovely weekend away here with my friends..it really is absolutely worth every penny! Stunning rooms and excellent service from the staff, I can't recommend this hotel enough if you're in Palermo either for the weekend or on holiday around the area! Will definitely be returning again!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the city. Everywhere is within easy walking distance. Room was lovely as was the breakfast. However, all the rooms look out over a central courtyard which is where dinner and breakfast is served. The acoustics mean that it's incredibly noisy until about midnight and then the noise starts again (with music) from about 7.00 am. Not great, therefore, if you want a long night's sleep.

Booked two superior double rooms for our friends, and our selves. We were given an apparent overflow room, called 303 but had no number on the door, no key card entry, hangers and dresser were on one floor and the bedroom and bathroom were up a narrow stairway. The bathroom had no door, wifi worked intermittently and room would not cool as there were no vents upstairs, as well as was missing most of the room amenities. After talking to our friends who got a room as shown on the hotel website, we asked to be moved, twice, but were refused. Finally, we had to go to the lobby, loudly demand to be moved before they agreed to do it the next day. No credit was given, nor an apology etc. for the terrible room. The breakfast is poor, minimal food selections are put out on the buffet and then seldom refilled. One employee is supposed to take orders for eggs, if you want, as well as refill the buffet, but they usually hid in the kitchen and had to be tracked down for service. The restaurant is way overpriced, nearly twice the price for any meal at nearby restaurants. Finally, the hotel is several blocks in any direction to a main street, so expect to walk for anything and it is quite dark at night.…

This is a small boutique hotel with an excellent location near the most central attractions and shopping. The hotel was very clean. The professional front desk and team was always helpful and had a smile on their face. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was fresh to order, plentiful and very delicious! We would not hesitate to stay again should our travels bring us back to Palermo! Grazie Millie

It is not a hotel, it is a shared room in an ugly and dangerous area. Shared room, ugly, noisy, with insects, on a third floor and worse, in a market. I don't recommend it, far from the nice area of Palermo. I did not stay there and did not receive any kind of refund. The establishment also kept the collection of taxes. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

We loved the bed and the bathroom. Amazing breakfasts, with tons of food to choose from. We loved everything about it, and would definitely visit again.

Nice small hotel not too far to walk to to the fun bit of town. Palermo is quite run down and there are a lot of derelict buildings in all areas but felt safe waking about at night. Breakfast typical sweet Italian cakes and uht orange juice but ok. Nice courtyard bar and restaurant and couple of lounges. No real criticisms and would stay again.

The hotel looks great from the outside but it is a bluff. Our room was tiny for the price (300 euro/night). The cleaning was not adequate, dust was everywhere, the shower requires a deep descaling and the door handle of the bath was broken. We asked to change the room or alternatively for a deep cleaning they did not carry out. Then we asked for a discount as we were not happy about the hotel and they offered us two glasses of Prosecco (that I do not drink). Also the common part were quite neglected and dusty. Dead flowers were everywhere outside the windows. Breakfast was VERY minimal and on Sunday the chef did not show up so .. no egg either. Only Plus are the position and the inside courtyard. Also the personnel is very friendly but there is a total lack of professionalism…and it was clear they did not bother about our frustration at all. We would never expect such a poor management in a 4 stars boutique hotel.…

What a beautiful property, expansive and intimate! The room was surprisingly roomy with a perfect blend of original design and comfortable amenities. The hotel interiors and gardens are so beautiful, the service was first class, the breakfasts excellent and we also had an amazing dinner at Lumia Restaurant. We will return!
