The hotel is really well positioned, within easy walking distance of the sights yet opposite the sea so there is a feeling of space and the sea breeze. Our rooms had uncomfortable hard, single beds (mine was a smoking one which wasn't ideal either). The WC was unclean and the shower had very little pressure but still managed to flood the bathroom floor. Though sure there would have been better rooms. Pool looked pretty but the floor was unclean and I'm actually not sure it was properly opened for the season though people were swimming. Concierges were friendly and helpful.

Big room, which seems even a bit too big. Clean, aircondition, pool. Friendly staff, possible to eat outside at the pool. The hotel is a bit outside of the center of the city, but just opposite the street is the coastline.

Good choice for the budget . Hotel is a bit far from main attractions about 20 $ taxi ride from the center of town . Good option for the budget. Staff speaks English. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I have spent two perfect vacations in NH Palermo (summer 2022 and summer 2021). The hotel is perfect. Special thanks to our cleaning lady Michela and Antonella at the breakfast. They are super friendly professionals. Grazie Michela and Antonella! We will be coming again this summer.

Hotel very noisy - we stayed in a suite which is on the front. Busy road & lots of kids playing music at all hours. I slept in bathroom on first night as only place that was quiet. Staff not helpful when my husband discussed with them the following day - just shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast chaotic - food cold & limited choice. Only part of hotel we enjoyed was the pool. This was big with plenty of sun beds. Will not stay again & would not recommend.

This is a friendly and well located hotel in Palermo. The staff are great and it has a wonderful pool area. The breakfast is a great spread with lots of choice. We have stayed here twice in the last 8 months.

Lovely hotel and great location. Was surprised by the wonderful food in the restorante. The breakfast was very good. The access to the sea is across the street and you can sit along the water and enjoy the scenes.

Great hotel to stay in Palermo, we really liked the location. Very friendly and professional peolple. Fluent English/French spoken at the reception. Sea view is beautiful. Breakfast exceptionally good, quality local products, tasty coffee. We enjoyed and recommend.

Great staff (special compliments to Valentino and Gloria from the restaurant), comfortable rooms with nice views, good location by the sea (walking distance from Palermo Centrale). Tasty and rich NH breakfast with very good coffee. Nice pool. They appreciate NH Discovery members. However, don't let the front desk direct you to the taxis in front of the hotel, because they charge how much they want!

We had an amazing view from our room (sea view, mountains, palm trees, ships and yachts). We were staying with our small son (1 year 10 months) and we had all required equipment provided by the hotel (cot, child's seat, even food options for kids during breakfast - baby cookies, cereals etc). The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
