After a long drive, when I saw the place in the evening I was most unimpressed. It's in an alley off a main street. The main road is not clean but this is the same everywhere else in Palermo. Anyway, it is a small b&b and our room was clean, very tidy and had a small bathroom with everything required....

We stayed one night in that lovely B&B. The room was nice, cozy and big enough, wifi was working well, shower was hot and we got also good suggestions in excellent english :) Lovely! And there is market nearby and the biggest theater in Europe. Main spots all accessible by foot!

We were traveling as a group of 4 and we booked a suite. Hosts were kind and waited for us, even if we were late. Rooms were nice, with 2 balconies and private bathroom. The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is not free, you have to find a the area marked...

I spent 2 nights there with my wife in June 2014. For only 95€ (for 2 nights) we had a nice room with private bathroom, even if outside of the room, in a great position close to all the main attractions . Unfortunately not very sound proof, in the morning if you want to sleep it's quite difficult not to...

Staff was helpful and friendly, very flexible. They even lent me an umbrella for the beach. Room was huge and clear. Spotless. Near the centre. Only thing I can point out to be improved is breakfast, but it is OK.

A very sweet and nice place to stay in the middle of city life of Palermo. We had a quiet room, with a little balcony giving out on the 'cortile'. A good bed, dark shiny furniture, soft coloured walls, the real italian atmosphere we like so much. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The owner Luca is a young...

Very nice hostel, located in the centre, with public parking. It is not free, but we asked few people on the street is it necessary to pay, they told us that we don't have to pay. We left our car on the street for few days without problems. Brekafast was okey.

A comfortable place A very quiet B&B, comfortable and clean, situated near the Teatro Massimo and a nice picturesque market. A perfect parking (8 Euro/Day) is also very near, very convenient for tourists who want to keep the car in an assured place and to visit Palermo walking or using the bus. Luca, the owner, is a kind and helpful...

The Cortile B&B is worth visiting when you plan to spent some days in Palermo by yourself or with some friends, but don't want to be inside your hotel all the time. There are basic facilities and the overall price is very affordable. It is quiet and located very close and within walking distance of all the tourist spots.
