I can’t say this is the best place to stay in Palermo as it’s the only place I have stayed, however I can say I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if and when I return. The location is superb, most of the touristic sights can be done within 15 mins walk. The accommodation was absolutely spotlessly clean and room a very good size. The breakfast choice was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all very helpful & friendly and give plenty of very good information on places to see, eat etc. All in all for the price and quality you would be a fool not to stay here if visiting Palermo
We had two nights here to Explore Palermo. The suites are located in a good central position to visit the city and sample the food and evening life. The quality suites are tastefully well decorated and have good breakfast served in the mornings. Plenty of local restaurants in near proximity to sample the local food. There is a lift to access the rooms on the first floor. Also we opted to use the nearby parking garage which they have available to them. Although this was an extra 20 euros per night, we felt it was worth the piece of mind knowing the car was secure. The price compared reasonably with other private city car parks we checked on line. Thank you to the staff which helped make our pleasant stay. We would recommend and would be happy to book again.
Perfectly positioned on the Via Maqueda. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a special mention of Martina and Giuseppe who looked after us very well. Our room was comfortable. A good continental breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend this B&B.
Great location in the center of Palermo. You can walk to all of the great spots from this location. Excellent service from the staff and a super nice room that was clean and updated. They have parking but I need an escort to get to the location two blocks away because traffic is so crazy there
Have only good things to say about our stay . Very welcoming front desk, Guiseppe(Joseph) who prepared for our arrival ahead of our stay . The property is very clean and also quite, does not feel like we are in the middle of a lively bustling downtown. The rooms are immaculate with ample closet space and bathrooms are very modern . The buffet breakfast serves the purpose and the hosts are friendly . The pastries and fruits are fresh .Housekeeping pays attention to details and the room is kept spotlessly clean . Definitely recommend families and couples to stay here when in Palermo .
Professional and yet friendly service in the heart of Palermo. Little details that sometimes make it unnoticed but certainly didn't in our case (for instance positioning my daughter's teddys in a way that when you come into the room they look like they are greeting and waving at you.). Amazing stuff with Martina and Federica in reception and Mary with her tasty coffees for breakfast. Rooms are spotless, communication really smooth, beds nice and comfy. Can't compliment this place and the stuff enough. Highly recommended !
This hotel is in an ideal location and the private parking was very close to the hotel. The staff was professional and warm hearted. My husband and I stayed here for 3 night at the beginning and end of our trip. We stayed in the standard room first and the suite on our last night. They are both excellent rooms. The standard room had a very comfortable bed and the room was quiet and exceptionally clean. The suite was wonderfully spacious and a higher level of comfort. Well worth the money to stay in the suite. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again and again.
We recently spent two nights in Palermo at Delle Vittorie. Rooms were pristine, service was exceptional and the location is ideal. Definitely recommend as a place to stay in the city center. Would stay again.
Recent reviews are important to me, so I wanted to share our just-completed stay at the Delle Vittorie. The excellent reviews from pre-pandemic still hold true. From our pre-visit email exchanges to our final moments, Martina and Fredrica were prompt, caring and knowledgeable. They arranged a car service and a rapid antigen test when we needed them. The rooms are bright, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The windows are sound-proof with windows and electric blinds that block out the noise and light. That’s important when your room is in the center of the action. The beds are large with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms are spacious, spotless, with plenty of towels and products. There is a kettle, small mini bar and a water carafe that is filled daily. Breakfast orders are placed the day before, but the choices are sumptuous: various breakfast pastries, breakfast desserts, meats, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit and various coffee options. You pick what you want and it’s waiting for you at your chosen time and assigned table. If we return to Palermo, this will be our “home”.…
While an excellent location for seeing the city it means that you can’t leave the window open overnight as it is noisy both late at night and early in the morning when traders arrive to set up for the day. However, with the windows closed the street sounds are muted. While generally clean the shower in our room had some mould in the corners and the shower screen was in a state of disrepair (which the manager acknowledged when mentioned to him and said it was going to be repaired soon). Breakfast choice was ordered the night before and delivered to a table in the common room. It would appear this was a COVID measure as a buffet bar was present in that room. However, it did mean that choice was limited. All up, I marked the accommodation down and would not return but I acknowledge that in other times other people’s experience might be different.…
