The maneger is lier!!! We talked with the hotel throgh email and they promise us room at 08:00 am, and this was the only reason we wanted this hostel, when we came the manager told us that she knows that she promised us at eight but now there are sleeping people that will check out at 10 and that its not their problem... offcourse we was very mad at this unproffecional way of work and wanted to know why its happend and how if whe promised us so she said that she dont want our money and she will call a police and offcourse they moved our lagguage without our premmision... I think they need finish some tourist school to open hostel and not a rathole...

I was really surprised by how amazing this hotel is. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but very good. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only down side (a common one in Europe): there is no elevator, so all guests have to climb some stairs to reach their rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 4 nights at this property. The property is centrally located, we walked everywhere. We had 3 people in the one room with a double bed and pull out couch. The room is large and spacious. Bathroom is a good size but the shower could use some updating. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and was enough for us- fruit, yoghurt, pastries, salami and cheese. The staff also make you coffee at breakfast which was very good. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you also email the property direct and book with them they will give you a better price than what is advertised online. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again.

Thank you for excellent service, helping us to solve everything from late arrival to recommending places for dinner. Location is the strongest part of the proposal. We loved the area, especially at Saturday night. You are at walking distance to everything interesting downtown. Rooms are well designed and well kept, we loved the ambience. As we are from another part of Europe with different habits, I can imagine to have different options for breakfast. Like eggs and fresh vegetables. But I know, that this is not a standard in Italy, so don't take it as a complain. Summary - great value for money, we recommend this highly for families and "easy" travelers. Thank you, guys!!!

We booked 2 rooms here but were moved to 2 adjacent 1 bedroom apartments operated by the same staff. Apartments were great, breakfast was very nice and the location very convenient. Free tourist bus very close but u can walk anywhere. Very helpful staff.

Stayed 4 nights in this small B&B by Piazza Marina in centre of Palermo. Room was fine, though we had requested a quiet room and so were on the third floor (no lift, 56 steps). But it was very quiet. Good decor, lovely wooden ceiling, a/c. Pleasant roof terrace to relax on, as well as two lounges. Good breakfast. Manuela was very helpful, especially over parking, which could be a problem if you have a car. There is parking on the street by the hotel, but it's hard to get a spot, but Manuela showed us two other places 3-4 minutes walk away where we could park for free. Despite Palermo's reputation, our car was fine parked overnight on the street (though we did empty it each night just in case). Location is great - good restaurants close to hotel, museums, even a Carrefour supermarket

Lovely b&b in the heart of Palermo. We stayed for three nights and walked everywhere. The staff were really helpful in recommending places to visit, and great local restaurants. Highly recommend the sicilian syrah at the bar across the road as well - the best wine we had all trip!

Nine of us spent two nights in the beautiful terrace apartment. Elsa was a wonderful host, and the apartment was clean and a great location. We would stay here again as well as recomend to anyone who is traveling to Palermo. They also set up a car service for us from the airport, which we ended up using to travel with to our other destination.

Prefect place to stay. The rooms are great, it`s close to town and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very nice and they even let us keep the luggage so we can pick them up later, and were happy to help us out and print our train tickets. Really recommend and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Palermo.
