We really enjoy this place.the owner was really nice with us,we had a long talk about sicily with him regarding sicilian culture and all the tradition. The room was clean and we feel like home.We didn't have any problem with the noise, a lot of double window in the room.I am surprised with the previous review regarding the noise.

La casa di Zoe in the center of the city of Palermo is the perfect place to spend your holidays. It is located in the inner city close to the sights and public transport. This B&B is very nice, clean and well organized. The stuff is very friendly and open to all your questions and requests. All in all it...

The host Gerinho had called ahead before to make sure someone was there. Gerinho speaks solid English. When we got there we had to let ourselves in, which was simple enough, but it would have been nicer to have someone present. We weren't massive fans of Palermo on the whole - but Mondello is a worthwhile close visit. We were...

This is my second night here and I am bitterly disappointed. The bar downstairs has a monster sound system and hosted a party every night we were here. The newly-fitted double-glazed windows don't help much, despite the owners' protestations. The loud bass echoes throughout the house until at least 3am, and then at 7.30am, the proprietors make a racket preparing...

Management response:

This was the same feedback, the guest wrote two times. I am sorry for her but I suggested to go to another Bed and Breakfast where it's owner had the same problem.

We are here right now at this bnb and the noise from the bar downstairs is unbearable and goes on until 2am There is no receptionist and so one has no-one to turn to in the middle of the night - I repeat do not stay here.

Management response:

I am sorry but I think that the guest had some problem. We are in the center of the city and I putted double windows for noyse in all the balconies. All other guets are able to sleep well. This guest no, sorry for her.

And quiet also! Located right in the middle of the Frommer Walking Tour of Palermo. And so reasonably priced. Oh, and Gerino is a wonderful host, recommending the restaurant Trattoria la Cambusa.

We stayed one night in this charming place. There where many original features that added to the charm. And the most comfortable bed we had for the whole trip. It is on the major rd so we expected some noise, the room was clean and comfortable. Top owner really helpfull and charming. Easy walk to airport bus which stops outside...

We stayed at this B&B booked and we have found it an excellent place to stay. The B&B is located in centre of the town and it is a walking distance from the train station and the bus stop from/to airport. The rooms are very well kept, clean and with all the confort you expect or even more. The staff...

Arrived in Palermo late and was actually just staying the night before heading to the airport the next morning. Palermo was a horrible city - seedy at night, dark, old and badly maintained. The only upside was the great restaurant we went to nearby that we found in Frommer's - the pizza there was divine, and it was right next...
