What a find! A fabulous hotel with the friendliest, most charming staff who made us feel very welcome and special. The location is a short walk from the historic sights of old Ortigia, right on the beach with beautiful views. A lovely little private beach - the only one in the area, with great facilities. Everywhere is tastefully decorated with...

Our apartment well furnished with lovely view of Ortigia from the balcony. Beach area very good although swimming limited by seaweed, probably due to storms we experienced. The staff tried to clean it away every morning. It's a pleasant walk into the old town which is full of great shops and restaurants. Hotel interior very chic and breakfast most enjoyable on...

This hotel is just outside the busy region of Ortigia. It is a little oasis. On arrival you are greeted with a smile and shown around. The entrance is from the port, this is where your car is parked, there is a gate that you enter with a code. From then you are enclosed in an area to relax on...

I just loved this little 'resort', the peace and tranquility was just lovely after quite a busy holiday. We stayed in the self catering apartments which were great although may not be suitable for people who are unable to use stairs as they are over three levels, the bedroom being at the bottom, then the lounge and then the kitchen...

You enter this hotel either from a scruffy and slightly run down main road, or from the marina car park - neither of which makes a very favourable first impression. Happily however, once you get inside the building, which is a converted tuna factory, it's all cool stone and understated elegance. Our room was not huge but big enough, with...

The hotel is placed near the old town of Syracuse which is in walking distance. Everything is decorated with love, the beach is wonderful and sitting on the terrace by the sea having breakfast, lunch or dinner makes it perfect. The staff is very polite and well trained and the food is so delicious, we really enjoyed it. Parking is...

This being our 3rd visit .. It remains exactly as I saw it 3 years ago. It genuinely is a slice of paradise. The owners (brother and sister - Salvo and Laura) have created charming boutique hotel - Ralph Lauren meets French country chic .. Whilst the rooms at the front have the stunning views, the ones at the back...

The room was above the sea, the views from the hotel terrace and the beach were extremely beautiful (directly on the old city Ortigia), the breakfast was outstanding. Only the airco in the room was too strong (could not be adjusted).

This is a really charming and well cared for hotel. The attention to detail, eg. a good quality soap, towels, bed linen, the breakfast is superb everything fresh and an interesting choice. The proprietors have taken care with everything. Then there is a small but well cared for beach (private) with all normal amenities. The dining is right next to...

Stayed here for a week in July - it is a beautiful hotel although we actually rented one of their three apartments which was a few doors down the street. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the owner is very relaxed (in a positive way), letting us have late check out with no problems (as our flight was in the...
