4 star hotel without a bar!! restaurant is not in the hotel, some small building that looks old fashion, and doesnt match the modern decor of the hotel. breakfsat restaurant is terrible, tables without table cloths, no cutlery no glasses, no napkins. absolutely terrible for a 4 star hotel, in fact for any hotel. breakfast buffet is old fashioned, we have booked it with breakfast included, my girlfriend wanted eggs, and she had to pay extra for it!! there is no milk on the buffet, we have to go and ask for it at the bar? what is that all about ?? there is no vegan menu, neither vegan option. There is nothing written in the hotel in english, staff dont speak english. how ? in a hotel clearly filled with tourists from other countries. i couldnt even put in a complaint with receptionist, because she doesnt speak english. there is no CCTV in this hotel. everything about this hotel is old fashioned, mentality, staff, restaurant, breakfast. it was like staying in a hotel 50 years ago.

beautiful hotel and surroundings however lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. Dirty windows all over. Dirty surroundings. Was once 5* but lost its standing. large room and adequate bathroom but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. when asked for coffees at the reception, we were directed to the pool area bar. Room door lock was faulty but room was changed to a better one overlooking the race course. Nice reception staff but not at breakfast room. We were rudely stopped in a packed breakfast room, from taking some pastries to our room and charged €10. Very poor breakfast. Pool area unkept and dirty. The only positive asset is the Spa. Professional spa staff and facilities are value for money. No covered parking. Will not recommend it.

Very bed facilities +Very bed hospitality! Don’t go there! It’s not 5 stars it’s more like 3! The hotel and the rooms are very dirty the mattress is hard and thin The don’t have any convenient store in the hotel and if you need stuff the don’t give you ( like conditioner) you need to drive 25 min The hotel is in the middle of no where and there is nothing to do there The breakfast is very poor, and if you want omelet ( also not recommended) you need to pay for it. The food very bed in general If you want towels for the spa and pool you need to give them your pasaporte. Plus people not nice at all working there!

I cannot rate zero points out of five so I will give it a 1/5. And that is for the friendly staff and clean rooms. But the mattresses are horrible! Shame on the owner of this hotel for claiming 5 stars and make guests sleep on these horrible beds that should have been replaced ages ago. Too old. Too thin. Placed on a plain wooden underground. You can feel the springs poking in your body, so sleepless nights are guaranteed. No matter how okay-ish everything else is, I would recommend everyone to avoid at all costs until renovated.
