This is a new age style of hotel that resembles a nightclub inside and is located in the middle of a residential area. The lighting is very, very dark in the main lobby and is almost impossible to see in your bathroom. We were part of a large group and therefor we had a set dinner menu. The food featured a... More

Once we came, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were so nice and even got us to have breakfast. The waiters were really nice and the place is gluten intolerant friendly! We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you Una Hotel!

Initial room was very small with a very large terrace. Was moved to a slightly bigger room with no terrace. Hallways are dark, carpeted with music that you can here in the rooms. Hotel rooms have no carpeting, rubber tile squares instead, and small bathrooms. Sinks are oblong shape with tall faucets making it impossible to wash your face or... More

What do you see when you walk into UNA Hotel One? At the first sight the incredible and great style in interior design. Then you are greeted by smiling, professional crew. Their very well communication in english is also a huge facilitation for foreigners, who just like us - know only a few words in Italian, what as you will... More

Very modern looking hotel, especially compared to most hotels you find in Sicily. First the good things; ample parking if you have a car, Excellent and friendly staff, wifi, exercise room, spa and roof top bar. Breakfast is included and is quite good. Also the restaurant is now open again, which is good because there are no other restaurants, stores... More

The room and hotel are very stylish , (black tiles, mirrors, spot lights and shadows). There is an extensive choice at breakfast . There is also a lounge and outdoor seating on the roof which is very peaceful. Its quite a way from the city centre (10 euro Taxi ride) in an area of flats and housing. There are very few local... I am very well traveled & open minded but this hotel has disappointed me. It's September & the restaurant & bar is closed. The immediate area around the hotel offers very little too. I was so looking forward to breakfast but this wasn't much more than a few pastries, toast, scrambled egg, coffee & an apple. No freshly made juices... More

Dear Guest, Thanks for your review. We appreciate your disappointment about your hotel experience but your comment about our italian style breakfast is exaggerate. We do only serve fresh oranges coming from Sicily and we don't import oranges from Spain, Holland, Morocco during summertime. We have a special offer of fresh fruit and we also have a professional Whole Slow... More

We recently stayed at the Una Hotel One and was immediately struck by the modern touches of this hotel. The room was ok and although not very big, it had a very comfortable bed and a sizeable bathroom. TV also includes sports channels and I had the opportunity to watch my favourite Serie A team play at no extra cost.... More

Lets start with the only (tiny, small , not very problematic ) issue . Location . The hotel located inside a neighborhood . Its only 5 min driving from the center . NOT an issue at all . Beside this , everything about this hotel was great ! The staff is very friendly and helpful . The rooms are very... More
