5 stars overlooking the charming harbour and the sea. Valet parking available, suit case handled, great reception and service as well as prote beach accessible by the hotel's boat. Also the grand view from the rooftop terrace for breakfast is unbeatable ! As for the rooms, well, not all are bien equal... I would recommend one if the central bedrooms...

The hotel is located in the old part of Syracuse on what is really an island and overlooks the yacht harbour. This is an old building that has been refurbished and the rooms are not large. The decor is traditional. They are however pleasant and airy. Some of the rooms on the first floor are on two levels with the...

From check in to check out it's been very bad experience. In four days stay we changed three rooms .We were told if we pay 15 euros more they will upgrade to bigger and best view room ,we very happily agree with the suggestion .And the moment we enter the room ,we felt we had been ripped by the hotel. It was...

A grand hotel very well looked after. Rooms vary in size some with only shower. Bed comfortable good sized bathroom. Fridge, Tv, etc. Rather lacking in clothes space. Wonderful top floor restaurant, breakfast okay let down by awful hot food selection. No proper croissants. Good service, dinner was good on two nights. Right in old town so plenty of choices...

It's'always nice to be back! Having breakfast on the terrace is the best way to start a new day...and a dinner at the restaurant is a great way to end a day! Try risotto with the swordfish, orange, lemon and lime with a (couple) of wine glasses. It is worth the trip :-) Thanks to Martina and all the staff...

As its title suggests, this hotel is very much in the style of the historical 'grand' hotels, with a decor and facilities to match. Clearly been upgraded and refurbished at various times. Pleasant location opposite Ortigia's marina and within walking distance of most of the town's tourist attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice restaurant, located on the top floor...

The hotel is very weill located and the breakfasts are wonderful--wonderful cheeses, pastries, fruits and a great view. The room is a bit small for two. The staff is helpful. The hotel has lovely details from the end of the 19th century but has modernized with nice bathroom, elevator, wifi. etc.

My first holiday alone. Staff went out of their way to hep. A minor issue with getting a table for dinner on the Wednesday evening, was quickly resolved by the Restaurant Manager. They know the meaning of customer service.

Ticks all the boxes. There is a private open air car park across the road which is very convenient - can access your car any time. Within walking distance to all the sights, Wide selection of restaurants nearby. Excellent customer service. Nice breakfast room with great views.

Friendly Staff. Nice looking room, well located hotel, my only complain was the hight temperature inside the room 26 C. I had bad sleep for that reason. Call twice to front desk no way they solved. The restaurant on the top have very good food, but be aware that you are having samples of dishes ( I mean tiny samples)...
