We arrived in November, which is low season so choices were limited for hotel which is why we chose this hotel. We've stayed in four cities and this is probably the worse hotel thus far.

As Martin M says, parking is very limited, with cars crammed in 6 deep and 3 wide, bumper to bumper. I thought it was 10 euros per day, but it may have gone up. The driveway is scary and looks like a shorter version of Hardknott and Wrynose Pass in Cumbria, which boasts the only 1 in 3 climbs (and descents) in England.
