Extremely clean hotel and run well! Parking is private but you do have to leave the keys with reception as they do move the car from time to time. Hotel is older and definitely shows. Furniture, carpets, lift and all round feel give this hotel a 60's vibe which might not be to everyones liking but really other than that...

This was one of the few hotels that we could find that could fit a family of 4 in one room. The room was laid out as 1 entryway with a single bed to the side. The entryway lead to a big room where we could rent a cot for the second kid. The cot was more of a portable...

In all I can say pretty much what has been said in other reviews is true . Views/rooms/location are all good standard . What made it for us is the pool area. This is definitely the best pool around this area. The only criticism would be the breakfast staff. They are not that engaging and make you feel a like...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The service received by front of house staff was excellent - Carmelo, Salvo and Enrico happily booked (and confirmed) tours, gave easy to follow directions and were always friendly and helpful. It's for these 3 gentleman that we would return to this hotel. In the foyer you can access brochures on what's...

Many reviews suggest that the hotel is dated but for us it was not an issue. We were very happy with our room as it was on the fifth floor with a private balcony and stunning views. The swimming pool area is amazing and it was never a problem finding a sunbed. The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful...

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and I really can't fault it. The views from our very large balcony were just out of this world, you couldn't ask for better! Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day, everything was spotless. The only slight thing was the in room air conditioning, my husband likes...

We've just come back from our holiday in Taormina. We had a great time staying at the Mediterranee. The table service was brilliant (grazie Enrico, Maurizio and Salvatore!) and the food was delish, in a rustic, home-made kind of way. The hotel has a traditional feel to it, I have stayed in more modern looking ones, but it didn't matter...

Our room was well maintained. Our highlight was convenience of walking out onto huge balcony (shared with 3 other rooms) and admiring our 240 degree views. Breakfast on restaurant balcony was lovely start to our day.

Although at the top of town this hotel is very handy for the main road and squares. It may prove difficult for anybody who has problems walking uphill. It has a lovely pool and the views will be hard to beat. Breakfast was more than ample with a selection of cold meats, boiled eggs, fruit, pastries and cereal etc. The...
