Can't leave your luggage if you arrive early, can't check in before 2pm, rooms fairly small and in need of a refurb, shower cubicle was the size of a telephone box, but overall quite clean Surly female receptionist on arrival who lightened up as the week went on Only just a 3 star and probably because it was in an...

Ok for single room for a night. Small bathroom with tiny shower and minimal flow of water . Breakfast was sufficient for my needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Central location an advantage. I guess this hotel is similar to all in this area-and there are a lot-so would probably return unless I get a better price elsewhere for...

A small hotel near the train station. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. Breakfast is average but the ladies who serve it are very friendly and efficient which makes up for the lack of selections available. WiFi is free but a bit cumbersome. Need separate password for each device which need to...

We were satisfied with this hotel. The location is fantastic, very central to everything, which is pretty much exactly what you're paying for. The rooms are a bit dreary, and though the bathrooms were large enough I found the toilet and shower a bit cramped. Breakfast was nothing really special - only continental (cold) no eggs or meat. With that...

I would recommend staying in this hotel if you are visiting Florence. Location was great and it had everything you could possible need. The room was small but it didn't bother us as we were only there to sleep. The bathroom was a good size and the shower/tub was larger than we had in most places.on our trip to Italy....

Room at EUR 75 per night at a great location sounds like a great deal to me. It is just about 5 minutes walking distance to train station, 2 minutes walking distance to the San Lorenzo Market, 10 minutes walking distance to all of the nearby attraction places. Taxi seems to be the most expensive expenses here, but the taxi...

Hotel Pallazzo Benci was alright. Pros: This location was very good! So close to everything! They take your car to a private car park, which is good as well, as there is no where else to really put your car! Cons: The room was dirty, as the sheets were stained and the bathroom was moldy. The top bunk had no...

The hotel is very nice, Great Location i always loved that street it is a maximum 10 min walk from the station to the hotel(very very slow walking). The breakfast is nice and healthy . The rooms are very clean with great AC facility and with a double window so the noise wont bother the person in the room and...

Anyone who spends more than the bare minimum sleeping time in an hotel room in Florence simply doesn't get the point. It seems everyone wants to visit the perfectly preserved city centres of renaissance centres like Florence but expect modern buildings with perfection provided for very little money. Well - this lovely little hotel could not be more centrally located....
