The place is centrally located and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are simple and adequate. Breakfast is included but again very basic, nothing noteworthy. Overall it is a fine place to crash in the city centre but don't expect too much!More

Stayed here 2 nights. Friendly staff and close to centre. BUT very poor beds - desperate need of replacing. Poor decor and furniture. And the shower/bathroom is less than adequate.
For the money, there are better deals, especially out of peak season.More

We needed last-minute lodging for a Saturday night. Hotel Locanda was just right, though perhaps pricey for the very modestly appointed rooms with shared bath (200 Euro for two rooms, single + double). Just steps away from the Duomo. Reasonably clean and comfortable. Friendly staff....More

We are sorry that there be found well. When you arrive at a hotel early in the morning it is normal that you can not use the services. respected timetables check-in and check-out and everything will be more to your liking
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
