Advantages : Very good conditions, Smart TV, iron & iron table available at front desk. Close to Arno River, Piazzale Michelangelo (Superb View Point), Ponte Vecchio and close to the city center (around 15 to 20 minutes walking) , nice staff. Right near the hotel there are several terraces and bakeries. Disadvantages : No room slippers, Ugly elevator.

From the moment I arrived Alessandra (Woman on main desk) was very helpful and accommodating through the whole duration of our stay, despite a slight English barrier. To say I am impressed with the whole set up is a understatement especially after learning they recently opened in April 2019. From the bedrooms which were quirky and well spaced and personal balconies, to the breakfast area with the view of Florence. Breakfast included fresh foods and was very organised as well as taking personal requirements; again very accommodating This is located in the more local area away from the touristy busy parts adding to the whole experience of our stay in Florence. I honestly can not see a fault in this place. Ciao!
