This lovely little hotel is in the center of Florence so you can walk everywhere! The staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough to help us and we're so helpful and friendly! We were given an upgrade as it was the quiet season and our room was lovely! Breakfast is good ,but the staff make this a great place to stay.Thankyou...

5 mins walk to the main train station in Florence. Lots of places to eat in the area. The street was a bit noisy since there was a bar until late at night. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. Recommended to any traveler looking for a place to just sleep after a whole day...

Booked a weekend away with a friend. The website shows a new shiny rescetion area and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms; that is what you get if you are on the 5th floor.But....if you are allocated a room on the 3rd floor it is totally different. The rooms are an ok size with clean bedlinen and comfy pillows, but they are...

Asked for a quiet room, first night not available - no sleep - road noisy despite double glazing. Very disappointing. Quality of room a poor 2 stars - tiny shower- difficult to get temperature and flow right - poor bathroom facilities. It felt like a hostel. Basic furnishings which need replacing, beds OK, clean bedding. The second night we got...

I could fill a book with all the quotes that came out of my wife when we saw our horrible little room. Some people have given this hotel good reviews but they must not have been in our room. It was tiny but that wasn't the problem. The walls were a stark white with not a single thing art or...

I have travelled quite a bit and am used to budget hotels. Our room, which was located on the third floor, was the worst I stayed in. We were there for three nights. The air conditioning smelled of sewers so we had to keep it to a minimum. Thankfully, it wasn't July or August, so the temperatures were bearable at...

The hotel itself is hard to find. The reception and breakfast room are very modern but the rooms themselves are very basic and tiny! Our balcony was taken up by the air con units. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and accommodating. Good to stay if budget conscious and not planning on spending too much time at the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights from 11th - 14th September. Don't be put off by the appearance of this hotel on the street. After you go through the door there is a lift to take you to the 5th floor. When you step out of the lift you should be pleasantly surprised. The reception and breakfast...
