What can I say, if I could give more stars I would! This whole experience was the loveliest, we have been to a couple cities in Italy, yet ours to Florence was the best due to our stay In Hotel Lungarno. We stayed in a room with the most amazing view 😍 and we loved the toiletries that were put in our suite bathroom! The ferragamo set was insanely luxurious!
Not to mention the hotel’s location is just a couple minutes from the City Center 😍🔥
They also had the courtesy to help us with all our luggage’s and put them back in the car and they were trustworthy as we forgot our expensive items at check out yet they made sure we claimed them.
A 1000/10 experience and we would tally recommend it when visiting Florence!

We stayed in a studio suite with a river view and it did not disappoint!!! The room was well appointed, clean and in great condition. But the show stopper was the view of the Arno River from our balcony! The location was perfect…about a one block walk to the Ponte Vecchio. And all of the staff were very friendly and eager to assist with any of our needs. Even the check-in process was attentive as we were seated at a desk in a lovely room and were provided beverages while being checked in and the manager even came over to welcome us. Of the 3 five-star hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip, Hotel Lungarno was the most superior!

Stunning little hotel overlooking the Ponte Vecchio of Florence. We stayed in a wonderful large room with a balcony, although we received a complimentary upgrade so I'm not sure if all of the rooms are that big. Bathroom amenities and products were top notch, and the shower had strong water pressure. Outside of the room, the staff were absolutely wonderful, from the porters to the front desk clerks, to the waiters in the restaurant - everyone had a big smile. The lounge bar downstairs made me a delicious club sandwich as well. I will absolutely choose this hotel when returning to Florence!
Two issues worth mentioning: First, the heating in the room stops when you remove the room's card key. This makes it so that the room gets cold after you've been out for a while. I would suggest that they provide all guests with two key cards (by default) so that guests could avoid this issue. Hotel Lungarno is absolutely spectacular! The location can't be beat as it's right on the Arno river one street off of the Ponte Vecchio and it's close to the best neighborhoods, restaurants and shops. The hotel and the entire staff could not be more welcoming, kind and helpful - everyone is genuinely interested in making sure you have the best and most comfortable stay. The rooms are meticulously and beautifully designed and there is stunning artwork throughout the property and Ferragamo toiletries supplied in the bathrooms. The Picteau bar is chic and comfortable with gorgeous windows overlooking the river where you can have aperitivo while viewing an original Picasso! This is one of many properties the hotel group owns and each one is more beautiful than the next. This is truly a 5 star experience and I would stay here over and over again!

Absolutely my favourite hotel in Florence. Understated elegance, personal and very good service. The hotel is right on the Arno river and has really the best location of all the nice hotels. Breakfast is served in different salons facing the river; the buffet is very fresh and there are also a la crate orders included. The rooms are quietly elegant, of very high quality and very generous (studio with separate living area and dressing room). The one Michelin star restaurant was phenomenal. It was the perfect place to eat on the first night.

One of the best luxury boutique hotels! Everything about this hotel is stunning and top class. From the moment you arrive, you get charmed by the elegant interior, the cordiality and hospitality of the lobby, and the superior guest service quality. The rooms are reasonably sized (relative to Florentine hotels), and the location of the property is second to none. Among many positives, the highlight to us was the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to attend to all our needs while still remain subtle. The concierge are well experienced and always provide very good recommendations without confusing the guest with too many options. I’d like to specifically call out Lorenzo from the concierge team, together with Bilal, Mario, and Imran for their incredible hospitality and service. Honestly, the whole staff was very good!

I spent two nights at the Hotel Lungarno in Florence with my husband, and it was a simply perfect experience.
The hotel is wonderful, a suggestive place that embodies the elegance and charm of the city. Every detail is taken care of with great attention, from the cozy and refined rooms to the breathtaking view of the Arno.
The breakfasts are excellent: a wide choice of fresh and quality products, served in an intimate and refined environment. The service is excellent in every respect.

Such a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect - right on the river, steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and on the quieter side of the river. The whole city is walkable from the hotel. The breakfast had everything we wanted, scrambled eggs, yogurt with many choices of seeds, nuts and granola as well as all sorts of cheese, meat and pastries. The room was light and airy and kept very well serviced. The customer service was top notch yet unintrusive. Two employees in particular stood out for us as amazing, Sara and Lorenzo, so helpful, professional and kind. If we ever go back to Florence I don't have any further research to do, this is the hotel for us!
