Convenient to everything downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to the Duomo. Very interesting bidet in the room--have never seen a fold-out. Breakfast was extensive and very helpful staff kept everything stocked.

I stayed at this conveniently located, reasonably priced place for four days. Very clean. Family-owned and operated. The breakfast alone is worth a mention: cappuccinos, great variety of offerings, and plenty of it. The front desk will make suggestions on places to visit and the best way to get there. Close to everything, and quite safe. I felt very comfortable... More

Overall, this hotel is very good. It's quite, clean and beautiful. Owners are very friendly, offer timely help whenever I need. The location of cacsi is also quite advantageous. It locates near to a lot of good shops where one can buy pretty paper, pen and extremely good wine within 5 min walk distance.

In October, I was in Florence for 9 days. I've been to Florence many times so I feel that I do have some knowledge of the city. This was my third stay at Hotel Casci. The first time I stayed there with my husband but have been alone the last 2 times. As a woman on my own, I felt... More

Hotel Casci is a gem of a hotel. If you are looking for a small, well run, family owned hotel in central Florence without having to spend a fortune, Hotel Casci might be for you. The owners/staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was generous with cold cuts, delicious cakes and croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, etc. I... More

The hotel has a very good location not far from everything. The quality is good enough for two star place. It is clean and well-kept. The breakfast was not my favorite but I didn't expect much from it. People working there are great and really willing to help.

We walked two blocks to see michaelangelo's David, two blocks to the Duomo, and two blocks to the Cental Merchantile building. The staff went overboard to provide great services and a wonderful breakfast as part of our stay. Will definitely recommend it to others.
