Well situated with friendly staff who were quick to help when we locked ourself out of room safe. Hotel
left bottle of prosecco in our room on my wife's birthday which was a lovely touch. Breakfast fabulous. No complaints could not fault it.

Great location in heart of historic Florence. Perfect walking distance from everything on a quite side street - perfect to open your room window for fresh air. Front desk service was very good. Room was small with nice size bathroom.
