Great hotel for the price, mainly because you are seconds away from the shops, restaurants and attractions. Ok, because of the central location there is a lot of exterior noise at night/thin walls etc, but thats not the hotels fault. Cant have it both ways....More
Wonderful hotel in the centre of Florence that is accessible from the railway station very easily, and had a old world charm about the building. The location is soo central to all sites, restaurants and shopping it is not funny. The staff are amazing too,...More
Very Close to all the major objectives in Florence. The room is a basic one, (a small tv, minibar) But it is clean. The hotel staff is very kind , they speak english. We had breakfast included and it was a good choice.
I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, just down the street from the Duomo and a 10 min walk away from the station. Our room was up in the eaves of the building. It didn't have a great view, one window open out onto...More

Love the hotel, excellent breakfast, location amazing! Very pleased! Old palace converted to hotel, high ceilings, beautiful windows. Loved the palace feel. Can walk to everything, right around corner to Santa Maria.
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.

Hi there. Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am.
It’s a 13 minute walk from the hotel to Piazzale Montelungo. It’s to the right hand side of the railway station Firenze SM Novella.
Enjoy your visit.
