Locating hotel upon reaching SMN was a breeze- slight walk less than 10mins. Was greeted with lovely staff and took out luggages immediately as the room was being cleaned. Walk thru with us...

This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. It is within a short walk of the train station, and mere steps to one of the most beautiful squares in Florence. The location really couldn't be better. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms...

We spent a few days before New Years here. Staff were friendly and helpful with dinner reservations and internet cable. Free Internet was a real plus to connect with my office back in Dallas (they don't like to let me go on vacation). Triple room for our daughters (room 310) was right next to us. Very comfortable and quiet rooms....

If you want to be near the center of it all, this is a great hotel. If you walk out the front doors and look to the left, you can see the duomo! It's a very short walk from the duomo and the train station. Rooms were small but clean, and the staff was very friendly. We also had free...

The best thing about this hotel has got to be the location, everything is quite literally at the end of the street! Which makes the view from the breakfast room spectacular. Whilst we were there it snowed - and Florence was even more beautiful! But even though it was cold outside the hotel was nice and toasty and it was...
