Fantastic staff: Roberto, Lucas, Andrea, etc. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay special. Rooms are very nice. The location is terrific. I was in the Relax room yesterday and could not believe that the Ponte Vechio was less than 50 feet from me! One recommendation: renovate the lobby area as it's the only deceiving aspect but truly not a huge deal considering the rest is excellent.

Absolutely stunning views of Ponte Vecchio, top class comfort and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Continentale. The hotel management even offered to ship a lost item to us after our stay! The room and bathroom were incredible with amazing panoramic views of the city but with modern fixtures that allowed blinds and drapes to provide privacy. Housekeeping was great, the front desk staff were friendly, and the location can’t be beat.

The hotel is in a great location for everything you want to do in Florence either side of the river....the staff was extra kind, professional, and knowledgably about the area. If was very easy to get in touch with them or get recommendations when needed. Would recommend for a stay.

We had an amazing four days at the Continentale! The staff without exception were always friendly and could not do enough to help! I would particularly like to mention Alison who is a real credit to the hotel! The room was perfect. My only suggested improvement would be for tea & coffee making facilities with a kettle to be available in each room. The choice of breakfast was diverse and provided everything we needed. The location of the hotel is also perfect being in the heart of the city on the banks of the River Arno.

My husband and I were on a business trip and this lovely hotel was a romantic oasis each evening & morning. Every feature in the room was perfect. The service stay was excellent and friendly. The location is centrally located and very quiet. The breakfasts were delish and plentiful! I look forward to returning some day for vacation! Thanks Christina & Lucca for making us feel welcome and special.

Perfect team, perfect hotel, wonderful view, very nice spa and relaxing atmosphere. Best stay in Firenze ever. Super support by the team, warm inviting spirit, The location just at Ponte Vecchio is untopable. We will definitely return and try to stay there again.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a great hotel to stay in the middle of everything in Florence. Service was impeccable and great recommendations for places to eat! They were even able to get a second masseuse on site for us for a couples massage.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. They have been amazing. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. The black out shades are awesome and you can’t hear the busy street below when the windows are closed. I had to stay an extra unexpected night due to travel issues and they upgraded me for free. I want to stay in all the lungarno hotels and will recommend this place 100%!
