The staff was really really friendly and helpful. A particular delight is the breakfast room with all its decorations and the kindness of the service. The food was very very good and various. I loved so much the Christmas decorations so beautiful and classy that I took many photos. Wonderful place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been such an enchanting stay ... we arrived in Florence in a cold winter day and foud ourselves in the magic of fireplaces, candles, music and christmas decoration. What a wonderful welcome. Everything was so nice, homy and special. Everybody was careful, gentle and nice. Our preferred hotel in Europe.

The hotel location couldn't be more perfect if traveling by train, short walk from station and short walk to all the main tourist sites. The hotel is decorated beautifully, attention to every detail and the style is very nice unfortunately this's not the only thing that makes a hotel. Service is equally important. Whoever was at reception 25 November was... More

I have just returned from a weekend at this hotel. It is very near all the attractions so within walking distance . It's also only 15 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is so quirky with features everywhere, like magazines , books etc. Wonderful lamps , chandeliers , candle holders, fireside chairs and roaring fires . When we... More

Excellent location: we could reach all palaces and shops walking in few minutes without beeing in the obvious tourist area. We loved the roof top and the library. The location is top notch with the Duomo and high end shopping close-by. The popular central market is like 10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent. The reception evening personnel was so helpful, compare to the morning staff that was too busy to answer question.

The Hotel Cellai is a beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel within walking distance to just about everything! The rooms were beautiful ( we had a double room plus a single room for our adult kids who we brought with us.). Also the spread for breakfast every morning was fantastic!

We enjoyed every single corner of this house. We loved the charm and the kindness of everyone here. We had long breakfasts and spent time in the library discovering art books. My daughter fell in love with the vintage selection and bought a couple of coloured pillows from the hotel boutique. Great taste. Look forward be back next may.

We arrived to be welcomed as old friends and special ones at that. This is the 10th time we have stayed there and each time the experience becomes more and more one to remember with delight and affection. From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel special in every way, including the advice given our... More
