My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Arizona in Florence this June. It is a gem of hotel located in walking distance to all attractions. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, spacious rooms, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff/owners speak English very well and do not hesitate to assist you in anyway possible. No hesitations to recommend this Gem.

This family-run hotel is a real gem in the heart of Florence. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. But it was the service that made the most difference. They are very friendly and want nothing more than for their guests to be happy and have a good experience. The three brothers and their mother took excellent care of...

Stayed in Florence for 3 nights. Got to the hotel they did not have my reservation and issue with the computer apparently but I had my confirmation etc. they found us a room actually nicer than originally booked. The hotel is the old school look. Very clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast was adequate. The brothers are the ones that make...

Hotel Arizona Florence can give 5 Star hotels a run for their money in terms of customer service. Elton, the manager and his team have a 'can do' attitude and seem to be totally dedicated to making the guests happy. To give an example, the breakfast timings are from 7:30 am to 10:00am, however the hotel staff will not close...

The staff was amazing! They really tried to help us and were extremely friendly. The kosher breakfast was nice and it is right next door to a kosher restaurant. Some of the facilities need renewing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The location was wonderful and was in walking distance to all of the beautiful, historical sites. We will never stay anywhere else in...

The two brothers Elton and Daniel that where at the desk most of the time, where real nice guys. They would bend over backwards to make there guest happy. We had a plumbing issue in our shower and they switched our room no problem. I am sure the room they switched us to was more money than the one we...

Stayed here for a couple of days in 2013, the breakfast is perfect! Not too much not too little and the coffee is the best of my entire life! The rooms do just fine but the AC isn't really a cooling unit, more of a noise maker. The staff is super friendly as well! I'm going back again this October...

We arrived in Florence from an exhausting couple of days in Rome. We were immediately waited on upon walking in the front door by the most courteous and friendly staff. They were amazing and very helpful with everything from questions to other bookings and tours offered. They offered inside scoops on the best places to eat and things to see...

This is a great little hotel in a fairly quiet area within walking distance of all the main things you want to see in Florence. The bathrooms are clean, big and modern and the rooms have character. They also have parking, which is a bonus. I think it is a family run business (not entirely sure) but the attention and...
