Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for the two days of our wedding anniversary trip to Italy (Florence > Rome > Milano). We received a warm welcome with a complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of champagne in our room. Clean-up of the room is perfect. Wi-Fi connection in our room (top floor) was fair enough. Location of... More

We didn't stay very long here but the Hotel was very nice. Close to all of the sights, we able to walk to all of them. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice accommodations. The only regret we have is that we didn't have enough time to stay longer. I would stay here again in the future... More

Down by the banks of the Arno, but really close to the main sights of Florence, including the Ponte Vecchio, The Uffizzi Gallery & the Palazzo Vecchio. Recently renovated with understated & classic decor. We booked a standard room but were given an Arno view room, with a small but delightful balcony off the bathroom. A large wardrobe in the... Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend and it was excellent. Location is superb for visiting all of the local attractions by foot. We travelled here from Pisa via train and then got a taxi from the station to the hotel which cost about 12€. On arrival and throughout our trip the staff on the main desk were friendly,... More

This hotel was decorated so nicely, very modern which is exactly what we were looking forward to. The staff was very helpful and the check in process was easy! Just needed to show a passport. The hotel was in an amazing spot on the river, walking distance to all the major historic sites in Florence. The rooms were also very... More

This beautiful hotel is in the best location, the hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful and very helpful! The breakfast in the morning was enough to grab something to eat and get your day started n beautiful Florence. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and planning to visit and stay there again in the near future.

Booked a river facing balcony room as shown on the website. On arrival was allocated a room on the 5th floor with a corner view but the view could only be seen if stood up. The balcony walls were solid stone...when sat down all you could see was a wall! Not happy so we asked for a different room but... More

This was a lovely hotel. Great location on the Arno River, right by the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. That makes almost everything you'd want to see very walkable. A bit of a hike from the train station (about a 20 minute walk) though. The staff was polite, especially the breakfast crew. The room was an okay size,... More
