The hotel is situated in one very important point of the city, what may be good in terms of localization, but during my stay it was a little bit too noise... Staff, specially at the reception is quite rude, making your life kind of troublesome...More

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at that time, you can send them an email asking them, they are really good answering emails right away. I hope this helps.

You should get off at Firenze Santa Maria Novella (the main station) and walk - 15 mins or so although the pavements are bumpy and it makes dragging luggage a little tough in places.

Yes 7 to 10am. Breakfast was very delicious and staff very attentive like a 5 star hotel.
