After staying at horrible hotel in Rome on an organised trip this hotel was a great relief! Room was very pleasant, bathroom huge, lovely breakfast and pleasant staff. A bit out from the centre of Florence but we were on a coach so not a problem. Could probably do with a facelift as others have said but would happily stay... More

Hotel is old and rooms are not appealing. Breakfast was okay but staff were not accommodating. Location is also far from the city centre. Overall, the hotel needs design revamp and renovation. I didnt have a relaxing stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times as we find the location very handy when travelling with a car as it provides private free parking. The fact that the hotel is located a little out of Firenze has never been a problem as a free shuttle service into and out of the city is usually provided. When we... More

We stayed here, recently from 20th to 24th May 2016, as a group from India. The hotel is 13 kms away from city centre, and Santa maria Novella train station. It takes 20-25 Euros one way to get to the hotel. Otherwise you have to take a bus from a nearby Bus station. The hotel itself looks quite dated, and... More

Hi Was here in may. Nice neat rooms. Good views from the window. Decent breakfast. Helpful reception staff. The outside of the hotel looks old. The only downside is that it costs 20 euros to get to the main city by taxi one way.

This hotel might have large and comfy rooms but when in it comes to breakfast it has a small variety and the bacon is badly cooked and is served cold. Also the hotel looks modern and prestigious and it has a nice view

Back in the early 80’s I was invited on behalf of the Polish government to visit Walsaw for meetings. The put me up in an old ‘government hotel - the name escapes me. At that time there was little food or products to buy in the shops, food was flown in daily for tourists - with very little food. The... More
