Value for money. The host was very helpful in giving the best advice in places to visit and his personal favorite restaurants to go for dinner. The location could not have been better. All the beautiful places are within 15min walking distance.

The location is great, right next to Il Duomo, with lots of restaurants and shops all around. Giulio was very kind and friendly. He took some time to show us all the details we needed to know, how everything works and he gave us a few tips on local places to eat. The from was very big, warm, quiet, clean...

I wanted to be very close to the Duomo and also choose a small location instead of a big hotel. I think this was the best choice. Location was amazing, lovely room, very spacious and very old style. Everything was needed and staff was so friendly. Giulio gave us good advice and the blond lady often there so attentive for...

Room with single large bed with breakfast offers each morning (croissant provided during evening before). Toilets on same floor but in another private room. It's like a large apartment with several rooms, so you can hear the other customer :-). Good service. Really appreciated. Street at 50m from Baptister monument (Church of Fiora with Duomo !). Lot of good restaurant...

This guest-house is excellent. It is situated on the second floor of an ancient house in the very centre of the city. I had a really spacious, beautifully decorated room with a very clean bathroom. There is no breakfast served in the hotel but in every room there is a kettle and some set of tea, coffee, cream, buns and...

The guest house was great, experience was positive and pretty much what we read in the reviews. Room size was great for family of four. Overall the accommodation added to the enjoyment of visiting Florence.

Fantastic location, near to train station and Mercato Centrale, and just round the corner from Duomo. It's on the pedestrian-only street (no traffic noise!), with supermarket and lots of shopping and eating options very nearby. The owner recommended some restaurants which are great value for money.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon trip through Europe. The location is EXCELLENT. Steps from the Duomo, very small walk from the main train station, and restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even had a bottle of wine in the room for our stay! The room and amenities met...
