Stayed here for 2 nights, location perfect, staff very helpful. Our room didn't have an en-suite but we all ready knew this booking, we thought that maybe the bathroom would be next door or adjacent to the room - not a short walk across the...More
"Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend". What a warm welcome I received from the owners of Bel Duomo. I choose it for the location ( which is ideal) but would return because it feels like home. Simple and sparkling clean, Bel Duomo is...More
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Guest House Bel Duomo. The location was fantastic - only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of all the major sights. The owners, Mandy and Giulio,...More

Great location and close to sight seeing activities and restaurants. The Duomo is just around the corner. I had a comfortable bed and great sleep for one night. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with maps and directions.

San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building. Visitors are bound to fall in love with this area and in particular, with its variety of food, especially those focusing on
Florentine dishes as well as international selections. Nobody leaves San Lorenzo without a shopping bag in hand or with an empty stomach.

Hi! We have a total of 4 family/quadruple rooms. There is a family room with a private external bathroom on the third floor of our building which would not be suitable for you since there is no lift in our building. However, we do have 2 quadruple rooms on the mezzanine level of our building which are actually mini apartments and one on the first floor, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. Perhaps one of the apartments would be best for you since there are only two short flights of stairs to climb to reach the mezzanine level.
Hope this helps, and we hope to meet you when you visit Florence!
