Picture yourself in a Four Stars Hotel at Florence rates where during the whole working day there is a hammer on your Head because of work in The close rooms. The recepcionist consider that it us absolutely normal. Better go to another hotel

So, a few days have passed since I stayed in this hotel and I have some mixed views.
When I look back, it leaves me with mixed feelings!..
The location of the hotel is OK, there is a 15 minute or so walk from here...More
Very well appointed hotel with friendly, helpful staff Excellent breakfast can be taken on the terrace overlooking the Duomo and listening to the bells. I hope to make a return visit to this lovely hotel
Friendly helpful staff we only had breakfast which was excellent. Our only complaint was the bedroom it was small and need refurbished. There is a pool at this hotel which we didn't use as it was cold and is supposed to be heated
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.
