It was excellent stay in this hotel for my 2 days business / leisure trip. Hotel is just opposite to main train station, walking distances to all historical / architectural attractions, good food available around the hotel, carefour express just down the hotel. Though hotel is bit old but great service, welcoming staff and comfortable beds.

Hotel's Favourite
The staff was very helpful for American tourist. They helped with directions, selecting trains, dinner reservations, & a taxi to the Castelfalfi Resort. It was wonderful to stay here & when we returned we would gladly stay here again!

In a busy location but quiet inside due to double glazing. Good size room and a great breakfast. Hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to many attractions. I don't have much else to say but I have 10 more characters to go

The hotel was perfect for us. The location very convenient, large rooms. clean, great breakfast, the Ambien is nice. The check-in and out process easy. Front desk employees were very helpful in providing tourist information.

I would come back. Great front desk and staff. Very good location and breakfast. The rooms are nice and well maintained. It is a smaller boutique hotel but gives sense of larger with quality people. Clean room and close to train station for travelers

The location is perfect, you can go to many places by a walk distance (restaurants, grocery store, shopping, train station and of course the tourist spots!). The whole staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and with wide variety of food.

Beautiful scenery and great staff. I enjoyed using the Turkish bath and swimming in the pool. The weights in the gym could go a little higher, but who's working out that rigorously on vacation anyways? ;)

Clean modern and comfortable...... and great location if you arrive by train. It's right across the street. Outside the hotel is very busy so that was a bit off-putting. but because we arrive via train, it worked out well.

My husband & I were with a Trafalgar tour. We were pleasantly surprised by the large room and bathroom. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Great location across the street from the train station and a short walk to some great little restaurants as well as some areas of sightseeing such as the Basilica of Santa Croce and the Duomo
