We really liked this hotel. The feeling was nice, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were very good: lots of variety of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, and pastries. And a very quick coffee machine! For those traveling with girls there is also a huge attraction of seeing the two hotel cats (Gin and Tonic)...

Great location at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Staff friendly and welcoming, good variety for breakfast - particularly loved the honeycomb honey, nice touch! Shame about the noise from the adjoining building carrying out alterations. Hardly in the room so no need to complain; work has to be done after all! Hotel were aware so perhaps to pre-warn...

Our room 303 had building noise right outside the window at 7 am Friday. Not sure why that room is used on weekdays. Weekend was fine. Staff was fine. Breakfast (included) was good. Wifi worked well. Location is about ten steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent. Note: Hotel has two free roaming cats. Cute as long as you don't have...

A great hotel, just over ponte vecchio bridge, easy access to Florence centre and walkable to everywhere. We walked from the train station, it was easy to find and we had a very warm welcome on arrival. The room was lovely, bathroom a bit small but it did. Toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent in the rooftop restaurant with fabulous views...

Brilliant break in Florence, booked through Expedia and staying in this hotel. The rooms were perfect and everything in them, including a kettle and small fridge. Super to be able to open windows, but when closed they shut out the street noise. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and well informed. I loved...

We booked our trip through Expedia and this was the hotel we chose... and what a brilliant choice. Lovely room, clean and fresh; restaurant on the roof level with iconic views. Food was delicious; something for all tastes; especially loved the fresh honeycomb on my yoghurt and fruit. Then to walk out of the hotel doors directly on to the...

Staying in Pitti

Neighbourhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
