This is a really nice family run, small hotel. The rooms are good, the breakfast is good and Lorenzo the host is a local with comprehensive knowledge of his home town to share. We really enjoyed staying here.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spotless, well equipped with tea making, fridge. Bathroom has large shower and heated towel rail, good for winter months. Breakfast has good choice, hot and cold. The yogurt, muesli, nuts and honey was particularly good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of major sights, train and bus stations. This really deserves more...

Stayed here for 3 nights over the last weekend in January. I cannot praise this hotel too highly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room (405) was great - good size, clean and well appointed. But the icing on the cake was the terrace! Brilliant, and would...

Elegant, clean and quiet - the ideal place to get some rest from the city buzz. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing, no need to take a bus or taxi, all is in walking distance.

The hotel Rapallo has some of the best staff I have ever encountered. Nothing was too small or large for them to do for you - and they could not have been nicer. By the time we were checked in our bags were already in the room and we had maps, directions, recommendations, a dinner reservation, our tickets for the...

This is a FABULOUS hotel! We were blown away by the friendliness of all of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Just a short walk to the historic city center and many of the sights. Would definitely recommend staying here! We can't wait to plan a return trip! :)

This hotel was great the accommodated parking (which isn't always easy) they had a cute room and an awesome marble soaking tub. Also had full breakfast and cocktails hour. The only reason for a 4 not a 5 rating is because of location it was 10/15mins walk from the first piazza

Dear Shanice, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience on Tripadvisor. Piazza Duomo is 10 minutes by walk but there are so many beautiful places just 5 minutes away, such as Michelangelo's David, the Sant'Apollonia Last Supper (for free), the famous Central Market, St.Mark complex and so on... This hotel was super cute and modern. Breakfast was fantastic! The best part was that you could order a cappuccino and the breakfast room was beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Dear Annette, first of all we would like to thank you for being our guest. Secondly, we would like to apologize for the issue with mosquitos. Probably they came while the maid was cleaning your room. Certainly they should be all dead in December. In the warmest month there is always an anti-mosquito device in each room and in the...

Dear Madam, thank you for staying with us on New Year's Eve. Our property has been renovated in 2012 but it has an old history, dated back 1954.
