HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Family, friends and I recently spent 10 days at the Guelfo Bianco, which turned out to be a most pleasant and enjoyable experience. The accommodations were exceptional and the attendants most cordial. The hotel is family owned and managed and their close attention to daily operation is evident in every detail, to include the restaurant, bar and all related amenities....

We stayed at this hotel a number of times; the first time in the early nineties! Over the years the quality and service, combined with great friendliness, have constantly improved. Our recent stay was the best ever and the room was superb!

The best location to be in Firenze...and the best service you can expect. Breakfast so good...and all staff is great...to be honest...the rooms must be updated, they are ok but just too old....even though everything works..

Stayed in 4 hotels during our trip to Italy and our 5-night stay at Il Guelfo Bianco was my favorite! The location is very convenient, only a few minutes walking from the train station, and a couple of blocks from Il Duomo and Galleria dell' Accademia. The room was spacious and clean, facing the inner courtyard so very quiet and...

I booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews on TripAdvisor, and because of it's central location. Before arriving I contacted the hotel with some questions and a request regarding my booking. They responded in 20 minutes with all the information I needed, and accommodated my request for a room at the back of the hotel due to the...

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. The location was perfect the room was clean and the breakfast was lovely, especially the coffee from the lovely barista. I had to run out the door for a tour at 6.45am one morning and a staff member saw me and gave me a banana and water to take on my travels....

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the D'oumo of Florence. the staff was exceptionally helpful and nice and the room was big and very well decorated however with a small window which didn't allow for a lot of day light or air. Breakfast was OK. Once more- All the staff was very welcoming and it is apparent that...

We had three couples for 3 nights each having a junior suite. . All the rooms were all different but all roomy with high ceilings and a bit quirky. At first glance, I was a bit hesitant but quickly warmed up to the quirkiness. The front desk staff is great with good suggestion on restaurants and sights.. The location is...
