The hotel is very convenient as a location, 10/15 minutes walk from the center but still located in an area full of shops and clubs. Hotel outside the ZTL, but very convenient to visit Florence on foot. Great parking 200m from the property that requires a maximum of € 15 per day. The elevator is very small, as is the bathroom. Really very high room temperature in winter, even worse in the bathroom while someone showers. In the room there is no real wardrobe, but there are some coat hangers. The mini-bar is well stocked, with price list attached. Cleanliness is overall good, although not excellent. Annoying and uncomfortable the fact that the light went out in the room every time we turned on our hair dryer to dry our hair, still solvable by pressing a button in the room. Breakfast, served on the ground floor, is varied. Good tart and well leafed croissants, great that the one with green shades had inside an excellent cream of brown pistachio. I stayed for one night in this Florence hotel for business reasons. The choice was due to the proximity to the place where I had to go for work. The structure is very dated and needs urgent renovation or at least constant maintenance. The room as you can see from the photos was full of flaws and had an inconsistent decor, as if random things had been placed without an aesthetic sense even minimal. During the night I was very cold, the duvet of the double bed was a thin one and I had to fold it in two to get some warmth. The only decent item the breakfast. I would say that given the pricing policies the property should have a bit of margin to invest, it is not that all hotels must be four-star luxury but also a three-star must have a minimum standard and be presentable.

We spent 4 nights with our 2 teenagers in a family room. Very well located hotel, it is 20 minutes from the duomo. The welcome is very good with lots of advice in French so you don't miss anything about Florence and the restaurants where Florentines go. Private parking just a stone's throw from the hotel which is very practical! Juliette highly recommends 😀

We stayed here for two days for our holiday. Everything was perfect. Receptionist Jasmin is a very caring and smiling lady. Roberto, who is also in charge of the breakfast room, is a very sweet and caring lady. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Our mini bar has been renewed. There were so many options for breakfast that we were confused about what to eat. We rented a bike for 10 euros per day. They were very nice bikes. Thank you for everything.

Convenient location, clean rooms. Comfortable mattress and choice of pillow including a very comfortable memory foam one. In the room there is a kettle for herbal teas or instant coffee. Good breakfast. When possible you can park in front of the hotel otherwise you can park your car in a nearby garage.

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Jane the September 2023 and it was perfect! The hotel was close to buses if we didn’t want to walk to the city, walking to the city was easy as well. Val was so helpful giving us restaurant suggestions, things to do, and helping set up an excursion. If your ever in Florence I would recommend staying here!

You simply have to choose this hotel. The "center" of the sights is about 20-25 minutes away (walking). We booked a small double room for 2 nights and it was really small. But for us it was perfect also it was clean and nice. The only minus is that you can hear the elevator and other guests talking in their rooms. I still give all the points because the rest is ok: the friendliness of the staff and very helpful, the cleanliness, the location, good breakfast,.. I recommend booking a parking space in advance, because it is very difficult to find parking in the city. If we ever return to Florence, we will definitely book this hotel. Great welcome, clean and well-kept room, with private bathroom. Comfortable, quiet, perfect for our stay. We opted for parking at the property at 15 euros per day, also according to their advice. But it's convenient, because it's 24/48... hours since the parking starts and we left the car always there, given the proximity even on foot from the center of Florence. Parking without problems, great location of the structure, close and convenient to the center. We've always walked around.
