Kairos is truly an incredible experience! It is the epitome of luxury in Florence ! The location is close to all the main attractions and museums in the city. We stayed in the top floor and I cannot explain the amazing view, I am still in awe! The amenities in the apartment include a dream kitchen, 2 balconies, a spacious living area, super comfy beds and a welcome wine bottle ! The cleanliness and decor are superb and the service is the best part ! Alex was so welcoming and made us feel right at home! You won’t find any other hotel like this in Florence ! Excellent location, magnificent rooms and decor and comfort. Showers are big and comfy. Walking distance from all the relevant monuments, bars and restaurants. Last but not least Silvita is the greatest host!!!

TL;DR: Spacious! Central location! Great Decor! Enjoyed a week in Firenze at Kairos. The location is great, central, with abundan light into our room. It is walking distance to all the must-see sights and the nice sores and museums (including the Gucci museum). The rooms are well appointed with anything you would need for an extended stay, including washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of art around the hotel that is inspired by the great renaissance artists with a modern twist and ir complements the modern decor. My only negative is that the elevator is failry small so the trip up to pur room with baggage felt cozy—though I think this is standard in centrally located hotels. Next time I am in Firenze I would definitely stay here again (maybe i will bring less luggage). …

The best location. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Very beautiful decorations. You have a kitchenette, dining table and living room. By far more comfortable than a hotel. There is a pizza restaurant on the first floor.

We recently stayed at this location again. We’ve booked it several Summer breaks. It is so convenient for my husband, myself and our twins. I love the location, one block away from the Arno, one walk away from Santa Croce. Minutes away from major popular most-see @ Firenze.

The perfect place to stay, beautiful decore, great location, close to everything. Recommended 100%. It has everything! Nice kitchen, washer and a great service! There are lots places to eat right in front of the hotel!!!

This place is great. The location is perfect right in the center of everything. Its only 2 blocks from el Doumo, minute walks to all the best places in Florence. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 adults. Rooms are very nicely decorated with unique art and furniture across the apartment, looks just like the pictures. The beds are king size with really comfy linens. Each room had its own spacious bathroom with amazing shower heads. The apartment has everything you need from washer, full kitchen and spacious living room and dinning room and great view of the town. They have modern AC/heating systems you can regulate yourself. Windows are great you cannot hear the noise from the streets. A great pizzeria below the building and great Gelato and convenience store right across. I can't wait to be back to Florence and would definitely stay at Kairos again.…

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city center. Is located in one of the most visited streets in Florence. 2 minutes walk to Piazza della Signoria, 5 minutes from Piazza Santa Croce… Alexandr and Silvia where very helpful and charming. The decoration is modern and beautiful. The apartment has all the necessary amenities you could need for a short or long stay.
