When we entered the building we had to use an very old elevator to get to the apartment where we will be staying the next days. Up there we got welcomed by a very very nice host. She showed us around the place and explained...More
Beautiful B&B with hosts who care about your stay. The rooms were beautiful and location fabulous. It is in an area that is or at least feels less touristy yet a 10-15 min walk to all the sites / museums / etc with great restaurants...More

Stop and stare at the beauty and symmetry of the Basilica of Santa Croce any time day or night. Unraveling around it are a number of architectural and artistic masterpieces, from the Synagogue to the Central National Library. As a hub for young people, the area gets busy with people who want to have fun: a continuous flow of tourists and locals become animated by songs and dances.

Apologies for the delay in replying. It takes about 20-25 mins from the airport in a taxi. We arrived by train from Venice and it was only a 10 minute ride from the train station. When flying home, it couldn't have been easier - there is a button you press in the hotel and a taxi turned up 10 minutes later. I think it was about €25 with a tip.
I would thoroughly recommend this place.
