This apartment felt more like a home rather than just a place to rest one's head. It is stunningly decorated and the attention to detail far exceeded what I had hoped. The location is perfect being situated in a small neighborhood close to a local market and only a short walk to all major points of interest. Mario was very...

What a wonderful stay! From the initial contact with Mario to the check in and then check out every thing was handled with great attention to every little detail. All questions and emails were answered very promptly and made me feel very comfortable about the choice of renting the loft. When we arrived Paolo and his lovely wife were waiting...

This is a truly wonderful and extraordinary place. Beautiful, well-located, comfortable, quiet with wonderful and exceptionally accommodating hosts. We spent 6 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The only negative was having to leave.

While planning our vacation to celebrate our 35th anniversary I saw the photos, I read the reviews and booked the loft quickly...this seemed too good to be true. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, the property and the management were first class at coach prices! Mario, Paolo and family made us feel at home even before we arrived. The wine,...

This apartment is so beautiful and comfortable and also wonderfully situated - in a nice neighborhood away from the large tourist crowds near the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio, but still within easy walking distance of all the major sights and excellent restaurants. Paulo was so helpful and gracious from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay - especially...

This beautiful apartment was the highlight of our trip to Tuscany. It was centrally located to all the important sightseeing sites yet in a quiet residential area that allowed us to relax each evening away from the hustle of the tourist crowds. Mario and his brother Paolo have created an apartment that has all the amenities you could ask for....

We stayed for 7 nights in the Appartmento del Re' in April, over Easter. It is hard to add to all the wonderful things said in other reviews about these accommodations. ALL are true and it is even more beautiful when you are actually here and coming "home" each day to this Palazzo! Our son lived on the next street,...

We rented the Loft Suite for 12 days in Firenze in April 2014 (my wife and I and our 16-year-old daughter). The beautiful apartment greatly exceeded our expectations on all accounts (location, comfort, 5 star appointments, etc.). Paolo greeted us on our first day and made us feel at home immediately (even getting us started with some fresh fruit and...

We had a wonderful visit to Florence in March 2014, and having access to this apartment was one of the highlights. Frankly I was a bit skeptical when I read 39 out of 39 "excellent" reviews, but I can attest that they all warranted! Specifically, we appreciated the prompt response to all our correspondence with Mario from the beginning of...
