We took bus from Rome Tiburtina to Florence Piazzale Montegungo (just next to Firenze SMN). It took us around 5 mintues walk to the hotel. We checked in and the owner (I think) is very kind and helpful. He gave us a map and showed us all the nearby attractions. Room is not very big, but clean and has English...

While the front desk people were very nice, the room was very disappointing. Very small, and the bathroom smaller. There us no "shower" just a curtain to keep the water off the toilet and sink. The location is very convenient to San Lorenz of square and the train station. That's the only thing good about it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close 5-10 minute walk to the train station. Also very close to other local points of interest. The room was spacious and we had plenty of space for our things. The bathroom was a little bit small, but looked to be recently renovated. Both were very clean. The staff was friendly...

The staff is very accommodating & patient with our lack of Italian language. I was there for 6 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay- my son & wife joined me for a few days. I loved looking out the window & watching the people & activity in the Vias! Great place but be ready to carry your luggage up the...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated between the train station and the major attractions. We had some issues with the wi-fi but they were corrected. The breakfast is substantial by European standards

Great hotel in Florence just a short walk from the train station. This hotel is also one street away from the leather market and the mercato centrale. Wifi was slightly spotty but the staff resolved the issue right away. Came with a great breakfast included, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the Firenze station. The room was big (4 beds), and the bathroom was nice and clean too. The beds were made every day and coming from US, this was a nice surprise. Our clothes lying on the bed were also folded! The breakfast was decent for being free.

Decent hotel in the middle of city. Every attraction of Florence is at a walk-able distance. The staff is very friendly. We need to check out early in the morning (5AM) to catch our flight and so we requested if they can provide any breakfast at that time. They have considered our request and made many things ready by that...

This little hotel is really close to the train station and is surrounded by restaurants and useful shops on a street with no traffic. I had a single room, which was very clean, well-appointed and quiet. Staff very friendly and cheerful; breakfast was very nice and well organised. Major sites within 5 minutes' walk. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would...
