Our stay was flawless, hotel is immaculate and staff is so professional. It's in the middle of everything and the Concierge - Alessia Matteoli is more responsive than a travel agent, as part of the Hyatt team. She booked train tickets, city tours, transportation and responded on her day off, she is above and beyond and the staff is just like her. They will ensure you have anything you need. My wife travels 8 months out of the year and she said this is the best hotel she has ever stayed in from a service persepctive.

This Hotel went beyond all my expectations in every aspect. Perfectly located in the best part of Florence for all shopping and amazing wine bars and cafes all walking distance. The hotel is so comfortable to be at to just relax in the room or to be on the terrace with a beautiful view. The whole time was amazing there and I will go there every time when I visit in the future!

The hotel location is great, accommodations were beautiful and the staff was warm and accommodating. I want to particularly thank Daniel at the Front Desk for being so gracious in assisting me with my Italian Customs issue with retrieving a suit being shipped to be from the United States. He was able to speak to the Dogana on my behalf, translate and provide me with documents to get the item released to me. He went above and beyond his duties and I can’t thank him enough for his hard work over those 2-3 days I needed assistance

Very nice, friendly, clean place to say. Hotel itself is not large. In warm weather suspect the 5th floor terrace is beautiful (was closed in Dec). Great location near water, bridges, and main attractions

The location is great. It's very convenient, walking distance to all the places of interest. And the area the hotel located is quite and peaceful, easy for shopping and easy to get a good restaurant to enjoy local food. It's quite close to vecchia ponte, we walk there several times. The room itself is big and clean, the breakfast is nice too.

Short and Sweet! This 5 star hotel met all our expectations! The room was ready upon arrival. Silvia at the front desk recommended restaurants and was always there when we needed her. The doormen were full of information and personality. Great location and housekeeping was to perfection. I could go on and on! Will rebook next year!

This boutique hotel is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Florence. Very comfortable room, great staff, and great restaurant options. It is well situated just a few blocks from the Uffizi museum. A definite keeper!

Great Hotel y a great Location in the heart of Florence. The hotel is located close to the Salvatore Ferragamo headquartes and is very close to the Ponte Vechio. The rooms are much larger then most european hotel rooms. The staff was extremely helpful.
