4F is a new stylish boutique hotel overlooking Arno River located just a few steps from the heart of Florence. I visited quite a few times in 2021 and I’ve never looked elsewhere for my stay; 4F is the place! The interiors design is unique, contemporary and fashion; every piece of furniture literally catches your attention and makes the atmosphere of all spaces feel really homely and warm. Service is top-notch: from a huge continental breakfast that can be served in many different ways, to car valeting and events booking which is all done for you by members of staff who are super friendly and professional; they all go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Roof-top in the summer is a big plus and perfect for ‘aperitivo’; beds are extremely comfortable! It is always a great treat to stay at 4F in Florence. A.C.

This is a lovely hotel in a terrific neighborhood, walking distance to all of the main sites in Florence. It has been recently updated. The public spaces are very comfortable and the rooms are well equipped. They provide a toiletry bag for the room as well. The room was large with ample storage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making for a wonderful night’s sleep. More importantly though, the staff was remarkable and provided excellent service. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived as it was a few hours before check in time. They offered us coffee upon arrival which was very much needed after traveling all night! Breakfast is nice, again with excellent service. Any assistance we needed was happily provided. The staff was friendly, professional, and all seemed eager to make our stay the best possible. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Florence.

This is a new hotel of only 2-3 months and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms and public spaces are very well designed and the owner is a former interior designer and it shows. What made my stay most memorable is the staff, all of whom were extremely helpful and kind. There are rooms of different sizes but if your budget permits I would strongly recommend the ones facing the Arno River. Fantastic view! The continental breakfast was more than adequate and for me one of the best in any hotel where I have stayed. Additional offers are available. As I have to be fully honest in my reviews there are two things that must be mentioned. First is that the hotel does not have television in the rooms which was a design decision. As a news enthusiast this was an adjustment but with all our devices that was fine for me. The second is that there is no small refrigerator in the room for water, milk etc. Not having a minibar was fine for me but I do think for convenience that a small refrigerator could be successfully hidden and not take anything away from the room design. Overall a wonderful stay in this boutique hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Lastly the neighborhood is a bit out of the tourist area which I found to be a plus as it is in an elegant part of Florence.
