We got the room for 3 people, we got 4 beds in 2 little rooms joined by the washroom. The front desk people were nice and all of them speak english. The breakfast was just ok, the coffee machine wasn't working. They didn't have fruit. They help us to find a place to do our laundry.

The hotel entrance is restricted due to the age of the building, a spiral staircase takes you up to the reception, there is a very small lift (2 people) that doesn't quite get to the ground level you have about 4 steps to get to road level. That said the hotel is well kept, lovely high ceilings, paintings and curtains.... More

The hotel is in a 3rd floor and the entrance is terrible but The room is ok with a good wifi connection. The hotel seems renovated recently. But the breakfast is very poor, and there are rooms beside the breakfast area. You should go to eat the breakfast early. The personnel are very nice and the hotel is very well... More

We arrived at the Santa Maria train station and walked with our bags to the hotel which was about a five minute walk. The elevator is tiny and fun and we knew from prior reviews that we would have to go to the third floor to check in. We dealt mainly with Kevin during our five night stay and he... More

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. It was steps from the train station, clean, and centrally located. Close to all the sites, restaurants, and shopping. The concierge, Paolo, warmly welcomed us and was very helpful by highlighting all the major sights for us on a map. Has a small elevator to help you take your luggage... More

I was there with my friend for 2 nights. If you want a good access to the historical places, the river and the train station it is one of the best choices with a reasonable price and very nice and tidy rooms.
