Great hotel for the price we paid. We had a room for three that was gorgeous with a large bathroom and it was all very close to the center of Florence. We got a steal for the price we paid for the room. Will definitely book here again if in Florence.

The hotel is only 5-10 minutes from the train station, and from the hotel you can walk pretty much everywhere (Florence center isn't so big). The hotel and the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower entertaining! The breakfast was ok but not fantastic, which is acceptable as it comes for free. The wifi was too weak too...

This is the second time we have stayed here and still would recommend - although not if you can't manage a few flights of stairs. We were helped with our luggage so cannot complain. Breakfast buffet is fabulous and varied - included in price which for Firenze is reasonable. Easy walking distance to most attractions (well everywhere is an attraction),...

We came to the Hotel Azzi based on a Frommer recommendation and location near the Central Market. Do not make the same mistake we did! The street it was on was filthy and noisy (accordion music anyone?); the staff was very nice, but the property was filthy, from the stairs leading up to the rooms (no elevator) to the room...

Small room but we weren't in there much. Decent size budget hotel bathroom. No elevators, but I think most of their rooms are on the ground floor. We stay on the 1st floor, but packed light so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was decent and location was great. The staff was very friendly. Wifi worked well.

No elevator and no one helps you up the flights of stairs with your luggage... So be careful... Wifi doesnt work... The only thing that was good were the pillows and nice furniture but would not stay here again... The staff was friendly, but bad at giving directions

That you can't carry up 3 flights of stairs- and that's only to the first floor. And no bell hop or anyone to assist with carrying your luggage. The breakfast was okay, just typical croissant bread coffee. Hotel is old, but it is close to everything

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of April. We booked and paid for a triple room through Expedia but upon arrival they put us in a double room as there were only two of us (I think room 3?). I explained we paid for a triple but they wouldn't change us. I wasn't too concerned...

Make sure you understand where this hotel is located: I was misdirected by a map online, luckily corrected. Via Faenza is actually very well located, near the train station and many other attractions. Walk to Uffizi and many of the big buildings. Our welcome was friendly and cheerful. WE needed to change a room because of a plumbing problem: it...

The hotel is located in the very center of Florence - walking distance from all the historical monuments. It is a building with 5 or 6 different hotels from 1 to 3 stars. We had a booking in Marine** and were nicely surprised to get a room in Azzi*** part. The service was very nice and helpful. Very good breakfasts....
