Nice hotel not far from the Duomo. Unfortunately, they have street working in this time, so arrival not easy. Nice SPA, cozy rooms (just a little small, but well furnished), and a comfy bar/pizzeria inside. The real annoyance is their price policy. They have variations up to 400% of price (a double ranges from 130€ up to 400€). I was used to variations up to 30.40%, but this is really too much. I asked for info, expecting some justification about the period of year (possibly including late night bar service on NewYear's Eve) or cancelation policy, but an annoyed desk lady simply stated something like "it's the market, baby"! Well, I can understand this, but if they stay in the price at 130€ (it must be so!), anything in eccess is gain. 270€ of gain on 130€.... well, I leave the conclusions to you!!! Just, remind to wait for bargain prices when reserving here!…

We made a quick trip to Florence. We found this hotel! It was perfect. Not far from the Duomo. It had a great gym and laundry!! It also had a great restaurant! The staff was terrific! They were very helpful with anything we would need to make our trip enjoyable!!

This hotel is one of the most amazing hotels we ever stayed at. The room are exceptionally clean, the front desk and staff throughout the hotel are amazing! They have a spa that you can reserve for 45 minutes with an awesome sauna and hydra tub. It’s not right downtown city Center but you can walk as it’s not that far. They have a few hotels throughout Italy and I was suggest booking at any of them. If they are anything like this one, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been here last week end with some friends and it was a great time. The hotel is very cool, the pizza is the best in Florence and the spa with, the outside pool, fantastic. I will come back soon and I reccomend it to everybody.

A brilliant hotel. The staff is exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast is excellent. Top Notch: The heated pool. It is a nice touch after a long day visiting Florence. The pizzeria. We had pizza last night at their "iqcortile" pizzeria, which was great. The hotel is ideally located. I highly recommend it.

We had a perfect stay in this Hotel. Great location to visit main monuments and museums in Florence. Wide and confortable rooms. Hot tubs and warm water swimmimg pool for some relax. Very good food, kind and friendly people working in. Awesome place!

I had the pleasure of sleeping last night at the brand-new iQ Hotel Firenze. I was with my family for a leisure trip to Florence. We enjoyed the welcoming of all the staff. The room was well-furnished. We couldn't use the SPA and the pool, but we will surely be back and enjoy these facilities. Special thanks to Elisa of the Front Office. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I’ve stayed three days at the end of November with my Husband. Brand new Hotel, modern architecture and rooftop pool with hot water to relax after city strolling was top notch. There’s even a spa and a gym. We ate pizza at the restaurant hotel which was delicious so recommending restaurant as well. The staff was extremely available and kind.all was fantastic! We will be back for sure!

November week end in Florence? Yesss if your accommodation is the IQ hotel! A very smart hotel with a wonderful manager and a very helpful and smiling staff, always available for any requests. And What about a warm swimming pool? It is wonderful getting a Spritz here. I also have no words for the fitness area: you got 3 floors to relax and exercise at any time (24/7) in a big sport center. Finally, the hotel is just 8 minutes far by taxi from the train station and 5 minutes far by foot from Duomo. What else?
