Definitely love their italian home Cooking with plenty choiches, coffee is so goood, location very closed to train station which is very important if you are exploring Italy the best way is by train, many restaurant are near, the room is a bit old but they have bathroom and locker inside the room and that's the important thing. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Lots of selection to choose from, just like a buffet and not to forget their coffee machines make very good coffee. I can understand why it was voted hostel of the year in 2013. Archi Rossi is located about 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. Medici chapel and the leather...

We loved Archi Rossi. It's very suitable for student backpackers/interrailers - big, clean dormitories with ensuite bathrooms and extra bathrooms outside, people of all nationalities go there, a free (decent) breakfast is provided, there's terraces and a big garden to sit in, and hot and cold water dispensers and vending machines which were a brilliant treat. Just a short walk...

We tried to stay at this hostel but the booking.com site kept taking us to an Italian site and not the hostel so we ended up booking at hostel plus Florence, which is good but on a very noisy busy street. We happened in hostel Archi Rossi whilst looking for a tour address and Leonardo on front office was extremely...

Pros: Great location! Right around the corner from Santa Maria Novella, a central train station. We walked from the train to the hostel with big bags and had no problems at all. Also code to the Duomo and the main city center. Free breakfast (eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and a common dining area that was open during the day...

When my boyfriend and I visited in January, we stayed in a private double-bed room. The room ended up being a lot bigger than we had expected, equipt with our own bathroom and little kitchen table. It's typical with staying in any hostel to expect to hear a decent amount of noise, and it wasn't too bad in general. It's...

I liked this hostel a lot! Good size lockers, big enough to fit a small suitcase. Bring your own lock, of course. Outlets right next to your bed. I stayed in 8 room female dorm, wasn't too crowded. Met alot of people for only being there one night. Great location. 10 min walk to Santa Maria novella station! Each dorm...

The breakfast is very good - one of the best breakfast that I have had in hostel. They have Sausage with cabbage, scrambled eggs, baked bean and a wide range of selection. You can also make espresso. The design of the hostel is very good. It is also clean and in good location. The only downside is the room is...
