Warm and cozy place. We will come back ad soon as possible. The owner Marina is very kind (and even quite pretty... To Say The Truth). In walking distance from city center, out room was decorated with Botticelli paintings

Small hotel but has all the bare minimum necessities. We were in the room that's in the corner right next to the terrace on the first floor. The room has lots of surfaces to put things on which is nice. The window opens onto someone's roof top but it's private and opening the shutters is a nice way get sunlight into your room. The lighting otherwise is dark. There is no screen in the window tho otherwise bugs enter the room. Air conditioning works pretty well. Bathroom feels super cramped but is functional. There is no elevator so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. The breakfast is very carb heavy with very little protein, we felt very sleepy afterwards lol but it's a convenient option to start the day. There's a bus that runs on this street so that was convenient but about a 25 minute nice to il Duomo. The staff is very friendly.

Location is great. The city center is quite accessible via public transport. We had a car and the hotel has a garage. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Big room with everything you need.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a B&B located in the Leopolda area, near Porta Prato, so out of the city center but you can easily reach the city walking (20 minutes or by bus/tram. There are two adjacent stairs going up to rooms (all at the first floor). These are well furnished, clean, and warm. Bathrooms are clean and recently restored (at least the two I saw). The interior is pretty and cured with pictures and some attention. Just one thing: please remove the plastic flowers and ivy ! Breakfast is served in a (too) small room upstairs with the possibility to use a balcony. The staff is gentle and helping, the price very interesting. Most of the rooms are "looking" at the Street so can be a bit noisy. In general, a good choice.

We stayed for three nights as part of an interrailing trip, and this was one of our favourite stops. The service was excellent - Daniela was welcoming and very helpful in giving us lots of tourist tips and recommendations. We managed to muddle through in a mixture of titled Italian and English! The B&B itself was a bit of a walk from the centre (about 25 minutes) but was very doable. The bedroom was clean and nicely furnished, with really great air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated, especially as it was almost 40 degrees outside!. Our room was at the back, which was quiet during the night, but right next to the terrace/breakfast room so was a little noisy with the kitchen prep from 8am. Breakfast was quite simple with tea and coffee offered as well as a few cereals and cakes, but it was possible to eat it out on a sunny terrace outside our room. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the wine tasting that the B&B offers, but the room was great value and if we ever return to Florence we'll be sure to come back!
