The owner is very nice and helpful. The "hotel" is an apartment that have 3 bedrooms with toilet and shower (the room is nicely decorated and good sized) but you dont have privacy. When the neighbors showers its sounds like the water is in your room and when they talk you hear it very well. We didnt waited for breakfast...

We were traveling by car and we were looking for a place not in the city center as cars are prohibited there. Silvani 123 was just what we were looking for. It is in the outskirts of Florence, with free public parking just outside and a bus station for the historic center some meters away! The owners were wonderful, easy...

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Found the street and the room very peaceful. Excellent free wifi. Found getting the bus into Florence city centre very easy. We had our luggage delivered directly from the train station, this was an excellent decision and Domenico was very helpful in accepting it from the driver while we we explored the city. We...

We stayed at this lovely B&B for 3 nights (we checked out on November 9th) and we loved it. It was our 3 year old son's first trip abroad and he loved it, too. The room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated but what was more important is that our host Domenico, made us feel at home. He was...

Dominico was a good host who gave us the standard breakfast. Very noisy in the morning as he sets up place settings so don't expect to sleep in. Rooms were clean but they are not serviced everyday (1X in 4 days). Bus service on night and weekends take 30min to 1hr for the bus to come by. Wifi wasn't working...

If you have a car then this is a great place to stay. Free parking not too far from city centre. Catch a bus or park in one of the central car parks. Host is knowledgeable and very helpful. Good breakfast and very modern self-contained rooms. We enjoyed our stay here.

This is just a wonderful way to stay here in Florence. We are driving so staying here made it easy for us to park our car. Bus at the end of this street and only takes about 20-25 mins to get into Florence. Domenico and Sylivia are wonderful hosts. Our room is spacious, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast very...

We stayed here for 3 nights in may . We were here for the may long weekend . Though they say the bus runs every 20 mins , weekends buses don't run on time and it almost took us an hour to reach the city center . In the night we canned back every day since the bus doesn't stop...

Very friendly and helpful owners Silvia and Domenico. Calm and green district of the city, glory birds signing in the morning. Clean and cozy rooms. It's really looks like guest room at your best friends' country house. Breakfast is typical for Europe but coffee is very tasty. Own parking and bus station is near the hotel, about 20 minutes to...
