We didn't catch his name but the man on reception and who let us in when we checked in late was so lovely I would stay again just for how helpful and nice he was! There was a clear language barrier but he tried his best to explain where things where and even gave us several maps of Florence as... More

After staying in hostels for 2 months this was a great break in Florence. The location is great with walking distance to most sights and restaurants around. The rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. When we needed to print our bus tickets the last evening the printer was not working which definitely was an... More

We really liked the location 20 min walk from centrum in a local residential area. Behind the building is a really nice park where you have a good view over the city from a hill, and an outdoor bar where local young people meet for drinks or study groups.Check that out! The room was big and clean and the wifi... More

The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was a wet room which is slightly annoying but still clean enough. The location was very good and everything was walking distance. The owner/man behind the desk spoke little English and came across slightly rude but nonetheless very helpful and pointed us to the places of interest on a map. Free... More

Cheap and cheerful place to stay only 15 minutes from Florence city centre. Also on the main bus route into town taking the no.12 or 13 services. Everything you expect from a hotel on a budget and most of all a nice comfy bed for the night. Clean and a nice bathroom/shower. Nice greeting from the young receptionist and helped... More

The B&B is located on the corner of Via XX Settembre and Via Bolognese beside Farmacia Ponte Rosso (Pharmacy). There is a small brass plate beside the huge varnished with the name and address. Clean and courteous. A good bargain for your money. Some people complained about "street noise", well what can you expect for this price (they should have... More

We have booked this hotel from Booking.com. We arrived late during the evening at Florence and we had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel as the address on the reservation was wrong. We tried to ring the hotel in order to help us with directions but nobody answered. The check in was supposed to close at 23.00 (local time).... More

The reviews given to date of this hotel are pretty accurate. It is quite far from the center, at least a 15 to 20 minute walk to do any sight seeing, and a minimum 15 minute walk to the train station. These times are once you know where you are going as locating this hotel proved to be VERY difficult.... More

Different strokes for different folks. The hotel name isn't indicated anywhere on the building. The ground floor seems residential. Walking in, you'll certainly notice the unpleasant musty smell. The hotel name is a regular 8 x 11 page scotch taped onto the elevator wall with an istock photo logo of a man sleeping on a bed replete with floating Zs... More
