This B&B was great. Francesco was fantastic and such a welcoming individual to arrive to in a new city. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast (pastries, coffee, yogurt, and cereal) was wonderful to start your day. About a 20 minute walk to the touristy places in the city. I would love to rate this place...

Overall we had a good stay at this B&B. Check in was an absolute breeze even though the owner wasn't around - there's always something in the back of your head wondering if it might not work out. He is very good at communicating and we were able to check in with the code and our room key was waiting!...

Francesco, the host, is absolutely brilliant! He couldn't have been more helpful! He recommended what to see and do in Florence and in Tuscany; and he helped to book our transport back to Pisa Airport for when we sadly had to leave Florence. The breakfast he provides is more than enough to set you up for a day's sightseeing (it...

We stayed at the Opera B&B in September 2016 for three nights. We got in quite late and we're emailed self check-in instructions. At first we were a bit nervous walking up the not so inviting stairway but we had to remind ourselves this is Italy. Our room wasn't fancy, but very large for a B&B. The room was clean...

I would certainly recommend "Opera B & B". The building is close to the city and transport. Our room was fairly basic however it was very big, clean and the bathroom modern. The fact that it also included breakfast was a bonus. What made our stay so enjoyable was the special attention we received from Francesco. Not only was he...

Room was spacious and clean. Owners friendly and helpful. Location good, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Florence. It was fairly noisy at night but what do you expect being in such a central location? Breakfast being included was a massive bonus to us, choice was small but sufficient, and complimentary tea/coffee in the room was welcome....

Francesco, the owner took wonderful care of us. He made every effort to take a personal interest in our stay. Our room was large, neat, and clean. We have resided in much more expensive hotels in Italy, but having someone who extends himself to make sure your stay is everything you expect, made this our favorite hotel.

This BnB was fantastic. The room was so huge it felt like we were staying in a stylish apartment of our own in Florence! The breakfast was great (cereals, toast, spreads, ham, cheeses, yogurts, coffee, juice) which we enjoyed out on the small balcony in the morning. The owner -Francesco - was so accommodating. He helped us with our queries,...

We loved staying in this delightful b&b the owner is friendly and very kind. The price was wonderful for the room you get. It's located 15 minutes from the train station. It's very quiet and there was breakfast every morning. We had to get up early one day and the owner made breakfast for us anyways! I loved staying here!
